Great location OK apartments

Great location at the top of the resort. Apartment was overall nice, beds very uncomfortable, we had to use all the blankets to lay on!! Staff helpful. Didn’t use pool as no time! Beware of all the hidden extras when booking- extra for towels, Wifi, end of stay cleaning, tv (don’t buy as all french shopping channels!) Comfort pack including all this was €129 for the week.

Great location small room !

After a late arrival easily sorted by a helpful telephone call to reception we arrived to a clean room and easy to find. However out children are all under 12. We had 5 of us in a 6 person room . Had they been teenagers it would have been incredibly cramped. With nowhere to sit in the evening with only 3 able to sit on the sofa ! Rooms were clean and had normal facilities. Our room was flooded by a leak New Year's Eve and the corridor and we were not offered any compensation ( asked for free tv for the week for the inconvenience of wet things but they refused ! I was not impressed ) Pool is lovely but they were also waiting for a part to keep it heated to a higher temperature, this was The main reason for booking his hotel so very disappointing to find out in arrival , at £1000 for the week I don't expect this from a 4 star hotel. Location is superb and reception wi if worked ok. Would return if rooms were slightly bigger and pool was working properly as too pricey to not have these luxuries.

A great place to stay with the family, ticked all of the boxes, especially with the pool, almost ski-in and ski-out, booking in and departuture very quick and simple, exterior/grounds requiore some tlc.

La réservation n'avait pas était faite auprès de la résidence, ils ne nous attendaient pas ! heureusement que tout n'était pas loué nous avons pu avoir un appartement 6 personnes !!!

un peu deçus

hotel bien situé,piscine agréable par contre la propreté des chambres et du materiel(vaisselle,literie.....)laisse à desirer;
