Spacious living area with fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a 140 cm sofa bed, ideal for family or friends.
Cozy bedroom with a 140 cm bed and ample storage.
Modern bathroom with all essential amenities.
Large furnished terrace to enjoy the sun and breathtaking sea views.
A rare setting, blending modern comfort with a nautical ambiance, just steps from the sand in one of Valras-Plage’s most sought-after towers.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and the terrace, which are fully private. Key handover is done in person only, ensuring a secure and personal check-in experience.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in a quiet building, right on the beach, and is fully secure for your peace of mind.
Getting Around:
• Activities: bike rental, jet ski, karting, treetop adventure park, canoeing, pétanque
• If it rains: Toy Museum (Valras), Contemporary Art Museum (Sérignan), spa, casino
• Amenities within walking distance: mini-market, pharmacy, tobacconist
• Shopping: Sérignan shopping area (4 km), Polygone Béziers (20 minutes)
• Lively evenings: bars, restaurants, nightclub
• Transport: free shuttle from the car parks to the town centre, bus line E
