The staff were so kind. They immediately offered tea while we were in the lobby. They offered help and assistance with everything. Checkin was fast. They upgraded our room. Breakfast on the top floor was great. Air conditioner worked well. Only downside was it was buried deep in the shopping district so it was inconvenient driving to and from the hotel in the congested streets. Big bonus: They had a private parking lot right in front of the hotel.

The place was dirty. Everything was dirty; bed, toilet, sofa… There was no toilet paper when I first came in. The didn’t wash the toilet after the previous guest and the flush didn’t work properly. The place was also noisy, I couldn’t sleep at night due to the noise from outside (the park was across the hotel). The breakfast was completely normal. The young man in the staff section was the only strong point of this hotel. He was helpful and friendly.

The food was terrible, spicy and poor quality and not even enough food for 2 adults and 2 kids. I would suggest to take your food with you !

GPS leads us to wrong destination. The GPS information needs update. When checking in,the staff was not aware of our reservation. They had to give us rooms in a rush which I suspected lead to some bad room quality. And the counter was hardly capable of talking in any bit of english. (The lady when we checked out was OK to talking in English.)

Çok konforlu ve temiz otel

3 gece kaldık. Otelin konukseverliğinden ve ilgisinden çok memnun kaldık. Çok temiz pırıl pırıl bir otel. Odaları da gayet iyiydi. Kahvaltısını da oldukça başarılı bulduk. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar ve yemek katındaki çalışan arkadaşlar bizi çok rahat ettirdiler. Gönül ferahlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Van seyahatimde yine bu otelde konaklayacağımı söylemek isterim.

Haritada gösterilen konum otelin konumu değil. Otopark var diye görünüyor ancak kaldırıma çıkartmak zorunda kalıyorsunuz aracınızı. Yani otopark yok. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü kendilerine teşekkür ediyorum.

Superb stay in Van

Probably, in my opinion, the best hotel in Van. Brand new hotel close to the city center, nice design and all details. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast in the 6th floor with views of the city and the mountains on the back, the selection of local cheeses touched me. I just stayed one night, but sure I will repeat if I have the chance.
