The Space:

THE MAIN FLOOR:



The main level features 3 spacious bedrooms, including a stunning master suite that feels straight out of Architectural Digest. Enjoy a king bed, TV, walk-in closet, and a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom with his-and-hers sinks and an incredible his-and-hers shower.

The patio is accessible directly from both the living room and the master ensuite bathroom, creating a beautiful flow to the outdoors.



The other two bedrooms include:

• Bedroom 2 with a king bed

• Bedroom 3 with a queen bed

A stylish common bathroom serves these two rooms.

• A projector and screen for a cozy indoor theatre night



This level also includes:

• 1 private bedroom with a double bed and dedicated study desk

Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire main house and lower-level entertainment area, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces, laundry, backyard, hot tub, gazebo, BBQ, patio, and listed amenities.



★ There is also a completely separate 2-bedroom suite on the property with its own private entrance, where two long-term tenants (including the property manager) reside. They do not share any indoor or outdoor spaces with the main house.



Getting Around:

Navigating Langley from our Entertainment Haven is a breeze. Public transportation is accessible, with bus stops within walking distance providing connections to the SkyTrain and other transit hubs. This allows easy access to downtown Vancouver and surrounding areas. For those driving, we offer three parking spots in the driveway. Vancouver International Airport (YVR) is roughly an hour away by car, making this a convenient location for travelers. Ride-sharing services are also readily available for quick trips around town or to explore nearby attractions.



Other Things to Note:

★ Security Deposit & House Rules

A security deposit of $1,000 is required for all bookings and is charged to your credit card as a hold after booking confirmation. The hold is automatically released 15 days after checkout, provided house rules are followed.

★ Guest ID Requirement:

To ensure the safety and security of all guests, a valid government-issued photo ID is required for the primary guest responsible for the reservation. IDs must be submitted after booking confirmation. Failure to provide ID may result in cancellation without refund.



★ Parking Information:

Your group has 4 dedicated parking spots. The driveway is shared with guests staying in the separate coach house, who have their own reserved parking on the right side. A detailed parking guide will be provided before arrival.



★ Noise Monitoring:

A noise monitoring device is installed on the property to help prevent parties and maintain a peaceful environment. It only measures sound levels and does not record conversations.



★ Separate Homes on Property:

There are two separate homes on the property — the Main House and the Side Coach House. You have booked the Main House. The Side Coach House is rented separately and may be occupied by other guests. The driveway is the only shared area between both homes. Please refer to the drone photo in the additional listing photos for clarity.



★ Family-Friendly Add-Ons (Advance Notice Required)

• Crib: $50 per stay

• High Chair: $50 per stay



★ Street Noise Disclosure

The home is located on a busier street, which may experience higher traffic noise during peak hours (4:30–5:30 PM and 8:30–9:30 AM). Inside the home, noise is minimal, and earplugs are provided for added comfort.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of Newlands Golf and Country Club. Features include a water park, 1 hot tub and laundry facilities. The holiday home includes amenities such as a kitchen and 3 bathrooms.
