Favorite hotel in Vancouver

Gorgeous luxury boutique hotel in great location. The room had everything you could need, very well designed. We enjoyed the rooftop restaurant and the staff was extremely friendly. Would definitely stay again when in Vancouver.

Horrible hotel. I would never think to stay here again. First of all, the shower pressure is lowered extremely. If you normally take a 5 minute shower this would take you at minimum half an hour. So much time was wasted just trying to take a normal shower. Secondly, we booked a suit for four people, we arrived tired from a long travel day, checked in, the sofa beds were not made, they didn’t have any covers or duvets and when we inquired for them they told us they didn’t prepare the room for four people and the earliest they can would be the next day? How are we supposed to sleep? And how is that even possible when the original booking was for four people ?? Also, the deposit is very high for no reason, triple the amount of the other better hotels we stayed in. The bathroom door does not close properly. We specifically booked here since they accommodated four people and it had a very high review of 9 but that wasn’t the case and it does not deserve the high rating whatsoever.
