I did not like that as a patron staying at the hotel, it was very difficult to be accomodated in the lounge or bar for dinner. I suppose that regular airport travellers have learnt that this is the best place to come for eats but not enough room for everyone. Front desk staff were amazing, and the beds were super comfortable.

Great hotel. Only trouble is that when you arrive from a domestic airport, it is about a 2 mile walk to the hotel. We decided to stay here for the proximity but in reality, taking a shuttle to another airport hotel would have been more convenient. Fairmont should provide a shuttle from the domestic terminal. We couldn’t even find signs to tell us which way to go….

My only complaint was that the pool was very shallow, even for my kids and the hot tub was over chlorinated (perhaps shocked recently) and left my skin very itchy. Otherwise we loved it and the convenience to the airport
