Need to update room carpet and hallway. Elevator is horrible. Very slow and tiny. Need additional elevator. Challenging when checking out. Elevators get fully occupied since it has 30 floors. By the time it gets to the lower floors there’s no more room. Otherwise very good hotel with excellent location.

Had a great 24-hour trip up from Seattle. Early check-in was appreciated. Friendly & professional staff. Great city and stadium view form the room. Grocery store, Starbucks and plenty of restaurants. Easy walk to the stadium. Will definitely stay here again.

We loved staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the gym clean. 10 mins walk from Vancouver city centre Trainline. Ideal base hotel.
