If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would. The staff were AMAZING. I have not had better service anywhere. The room was clean, modern, and smelled amazing, and it was very quiet. Highly recommend. Will definitely be my first choice in the future as well for any stays in the Surrey area.

The room was large and very clean, it was quite. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff very accommodating. My husband has bad arthritis they offered a shower chair. Gave us great advice on how to get around. It was a great start to our days before our cruise

I like how the property includes free breakfast. I enjoy how close the grocery store is and I am able to walk oitside and feel safe. I did not like how the rooms were being cleaned at all!!! The towels were never nicely folded and put away, I knew they didn't really clean because I would shower in the morning and i do loose a lot of hair so, at the end of the day when we retun to the room the bed was fixed, but hair was still on the floor in the bathroom. The walls are also very thin and you could hear EVERYTHING.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Holiday Inn in Edmonton. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable — everything felt fresh and well maintained. The bed was excellent, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the in-room amenities (Wi-Fi, TV, coffee station) worked perfectly. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and major routes. Parking was straightforward, and I felt safe and secure throughout my stay. A highlight was the breakfast — a nice selection of hot and cold options, all fresh and well presented. The staff in the dining area were attentive and kind, which made mornings even better. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Whether you’re in Edmonton for business or leisure, the Holiday Inn provides fantastic value, comfort, and service. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

We cannot say enough good things about this property! We had such a good time at the Holiday Inn express. It was clean. It was efficient and the staff were remarkable. We weren’t aware that there was a breakfast in the morning, so when we came up from the sauna, we smelled the amazing food and we were able to have a delicious breakfast as well! We have to note this, we stayed at Harrison Hot Springs the very next night. We cannot believe what an outstanding stay. It was at the Holiday Inn express. Harrison Hot Springs was absolutely terrible… And by comparison, and even just on its own or stay at the Holiday Inn express was by far much better! The bed was so much better, the sheets and linens were new and super comfy! We highly recommend this chain of hotels as they seem to be on par for exactly what’s expected from a guest! Thank you thank you.

Location was ideal for my needs. However, telephone support when I called to inform of my delayed arrival was EXTREMELY frustrating. I was put on hold for 12 minutes before I hung up and tried again 5 minutes later. Got an obviously outside the country agent who I could just barely hear who proceed to give me the wrong telephone number for the wrong location after I specified the guildford location, not Cloverdale!
