Great room! Attentive staff. Great location. Appreciate the bikes. We were disappointed that the hot tub was down for maintenance most of the time we were there but liked the sauna and pool.

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times and every time service was perfect. Not this time we decided to ask for an early check in, he was not impressed multiple times referring to room not having to be available till 4pm. He was very annoyed we asked for an early check in . So my wife used the business room for some business meetings and I worked out and hit the sauna. After that checked out bags and again he was annoyed and reminded us 4pm is check in time. We went for lunch and came back at 2:30pm. He was annoyed and reminded us again 4pm is check in time, but he searched high and low for a room and found one for us. Why did he not text us like he said he would to let us know our room is ready. We will be taking a break for hotel blu but we will come on a later date. We have always have had great service, room not available no biggie but we should be able to ask with him not feeling annoyed we asked.
