Room was a bit dated. Lots of repairs going on in the building. Glass window in shower needs to go or frost the glass. Breakfast was not worth the price paid. Considering the rate paid nightly more was expected. Service from front desk and room attendants was excellent and were very helpful. Pool area was well taken care of.

The staff were really pleasant and helpful. The location is fantastic, as it’s close to great restaurants, shops, and public transport. It’s also very close to BC Place and Rogers Arena (I was in Vancouver to see a concert at the Rogers Arena). The room was really comfortable and clean, and having a good sized fridge (rather than the usual mini-bar) and microwave was really useful. The à la carte breakfast available at the hotel’s Azure Breakfast Lounge was delicious and excellent value - there’s a lot of choice, including healthy options, and the team serving were really pleasant.

One of the best hotels ever!!

This was an outstanding hotel and a wonderful place to experience Vancouver. I want to address the negative reviews that were previously reported. The air conditioner was perfect and reached a nice and cool temperature, it was during a heat wave and we did not have a problem cooling the room. We are a family of 4 and purchased 2 premium loft rooms and the rooms were incredibly spacious. Each person gets their own room essentially. The beds and pillows were awesome! Nice and firm pillows! Large king size bed. The lighting was excellent. And shower was great. We stayed on the second floor and next to the gym and sauna. It was nice to go in the sauna before bed and it was literally 30 steps away. The only issue that was expressed in previous reviews was the gym has no air conditioning and air flow. The simple solution is to hold the door open with a free weight and open the windows. This was the remedy. The staff was very friendly and gave us a late check out for both rooms. As a platinum member for hotels.com I also received free parking. If you book directly through the hotel you will also receive free parking and free breakfast for two, but I like getting the points through hotels.com so I probably will book through hotels.com next time around. Will definitely stay here again and one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Great location. Try these places nearby : Angus T, Small Victory, Meet (Vegan), Miko Sushi, and Ramen Danbo. Book today!!

We loved staying at this hotel, it was close walking to distance to many restaurants, shops, the waterfront, and the concert venue we wanted to be nearby. The staff was above and beyond everytime we asked for anything, we REALLY enjoyed the 5 pm check in service (for extra towels, etc). We have stayed in Vancouver a few times but would definitely stay here again!!
