We loved this clean, tidy and modern space. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable including outside toys and equipment for the little grand girls. Nice outside deck and furniture for enjoying s summer evening.

I had the best time here. Location is great, I felt safe, the space is clean and looks just like the pictures. Communication with the host was a 10/10. I highly recommend staying here and will happily stay here if I'm ever in the Vancouver area!

Absolutely perfect!

The place was perfect. Amazing towels and sheets. Every need considered - toiletries, kitchen supplies, cosy blankets on the couch. Clean decor. Cute backyard to enjoy. Accessible to everything - great restaurants along Main Street, vicinity to downtown, transit, grocery shopping.

Great accommodation for two weeks

We were pleased to find a comfortable place to stay for our two week August stay that had air conditioning. It was quiet and comfortable, and had all we needed for the stay. It is close to several bus routes, which made it easier to access stores and restaurants that are lacking in the immediate area.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay in Vancouver. It was easy to find, access and park. The listing is accurate and tidy and clean. It's perfect for 2 people! We were able to use the gas firepit with a glass of wine one evening which was really special! We would love to stay again.

A perfect Gem Close to the City Centre

I had some tech difficulties on my end but the hosts were gracious and patient. I get tired of below ground basement suites so this was great as I haul a fair bit of training materials. As a SuperHost myself, I give a huge thumbs up to Nick & Olga's place: decor/design, creature comforts, and great hosts. I definitely plan on staying here again.

First trip to Vancouver

This was the perfect property to stay in Vancouver. It was clean and well furnished and home from home. The facilities meant we could self cater easily although there were many good eateries in the locality. The bus stop for downtown Vancouver was on the doorstep and the bus service was excellent. Loads to do without a car.

Wonderful place to stay in Vancouver

We enjoyed our week long stay at this small but tastefully and fully furnished suite. Coffee, tea, and cooking condiments are supplied, as well as umbrellas for the liquid sunshine. On street parking is in front of or very close to the home. Main Street restaurants and shops are only about 15 blocks to the north. We hope to stay here again.

15-min to downtown, 10-min to my job sites, 15-min to the airport. Right on main, easy access to Canada line - this 1-bed apartment is in a great location. Very clean, safe and secure. Would absolutely stay here again.

Cutest Little Place! Centrally located, good amenities nearby, and wonderful hosts!

My spouse and I were travelling for a wedding in Richmond. We needed a place that would be central (and accessible) to both downtown Vancouver, the airport, and Richmond. We wanted somewhere that would give us space to relax and rest quietly. Nick and Olga provided all that and more! Centrally located on Main Street this unit is ~$23 to the airport and ~$21 to downtown Vancouver with a taxi or ride-share. Main Street has some of the best shops in the Vancouver area! About 20 minutes (or less) walking we had several excellent restaurant choices, record shops, an indie bookstore, and boutiques. This adorable little unit is exactly as photographed and located just off their main residence. It has a shared backyard space for both the tenants and Nick and Olga's family. (We adored hearing their daughter giggle while she played outside!) The convenience of having your hosts two seconds away was lovely. We had a minor lock issue that was expediently handled. The comfort of knowing if anything went wrong they were only a text (always promptly responded to) and/or a minute away from coming in person to the unit door (at the back of the house). The pathway was well lit at night with lights leading to the unit. The recently installed A/C was amazing and saved us sleepless nights. The bedroom is off the main space which has the A/C. We did still keep the fan on in the bedroom as the room was not cold but comfortable. I guarantee it was much better than it would have been without the A/C!! The bed was comfy with really nice pillows and the softest blankets! Lots of linens, towels, etc. were available right in the unit. The unit was very clean. We appreciated small amenities like shampoo and conditioner as we had flown-in and couldn't bring a lot due to the airline restrictions. The toaster oven and microwave worked great; a full complement of dishes available. Coming back after the wedding late and being able to reheat some leftover pizza was divine. Better than a hotel room and at a lesser cost. I cannot say enough good things about this stay. We are sooo happy to have found Nick and Olga! Not only do we highly recommend Nick and Olga's unit; but I cannot wait to stay there again. We are in Vancouver every couple of years. This will be my first (and hopefully only) booking in the future.
