This hotel was amazing. We had a great view of the harbor with two large windows and watched the cruise ships dock, and was so excited to track ours, the Sapphire Princess as it came into port. The porters took our luggage at the front door until our room was ready, (we were early by 3 hours but got our room right away) then when it was cruise time they took our luggage to the ship for us. Absolutely perfect weather while in Vancouver, we loved our 3 days there.

Wonderful hotel

We had a wonderful stay here on the last night of our roadtrip. We were upgraded to a room on the 21st floor with dual aspect windows. Huge room beautifully furnished with sofa, reclining lounger, lamps and lovely linen/robes. We enjoyed some cocktails while admiring the view over the harbour from the huge windows in the lounge bar. Breakfast was great. Checkout is a little later than other hotels at 12 noon, which is really handy.

Very nice hotel. Was able to check in early which was nice after a long travel day. My only complaint was the roof top pool; water was very warm and seemed like it was full of bacteria.

Wonderful hotel!

Amazing hotel. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, cruise terminal. Our bags were delivered to our room and then delivered to the cruise ship. Very friendly staff. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Super convenient for our family stay prior to Alaskan cruise. We took the SkyTrain to the Waterfront Station (which is very close to this hotel) from the YVR airport. Which only costed $14.00 CAD for a family of four. We also loved the Waterfront Station across the street for breakfast and shopping the next morning. This hotel is steps away from the cruise port. Super comfortable high end pillowtop Beautyrest mattresses... Slept great! This is the place to stay before a cruise.

I was told due to fire code or something, our room would not be able to get a cot. Soo, i had to buy an air mattress to ensure my family was comfortable. It was a queen size mattress witn plenty of space to still get around.

We had an amazing 3 night stay here en-route to Australia. I just wish I had booked extra nights! It was our anniversary and my birthday for our stay and the Receptionist upgraded us to a sea view room at no extra charge. It was AMAZING! Cannot fault a thing...and I was quite worried before arrival after reading some of the reviews! I would definitely stay here again! A beautiful hotel! The food was delicious at Coal Harbour Bar. We had access to the Club Lounge on floor 23 and had breakfast here on the first day, but they struggled to find a table for us (2 adults & 1 child) as most are meant for 2. They recommended the main, Ocean's 999 Breakfast Lounge near the Lobby, which turned out to be the better place with more choice for breakfast and staff that bring coffee to your table. Just make sure you get your breakfast voucher from the Club Lounge before going down for breakfast or its a long wait at Reception, or long trek back up to.the top floor to get one. Our room was on the 22nd floor and was amazing! Sadly a rain shower only and not very powerful, but did what it was meant to do! There was tea, coffee pods, a fridge with cream/water in daily. Even a turn-down service at night with chocolates and ice in the ice bucket! We had a fantastic stay here at the Pan Pacific Canada Place - just wish it had been longer!
