My first time staying at a posh-looking hotel. I got the king bed and bathtub room. Very nice modern and clean room. Nice views. Love the electric blind and curtain open/close buttons. I never got to use the gym or pool but they have them and the pool room looked quite good. I think they may have parties here? Friday night on my last day the music bass was booming from the 3rd floor up to my room around past 1am. That would probably be my 1 complaint was the music bass reverberation thumping up to my room on the 12th floor--but I wear noise cancelling earbuds to sleep anyway. Oh, and it was a little weird that the hotel entrance was actually in the back alley, but I got used to it and it was a clean alleyway. Next time I should try renting the electric bike or scooter. Their rates are pretty good compared to other bike rental shops in the area, and you get a discount if you're a guest at the hotel. I would book here again, but may try another hotel next time just to compare. Thanks.

The room was luxurious, staff were very friendly, facilities including pool/hot tub were excellent, and the view was great for the location. Parking offered beneath the hotel was expensive and more reasonable parking was available a short walk away.

From arrival to leaving this was an amazing stay, front desk and valets all very friendly and helpful. Rooms are super nice and beds very comfortable. Hot tub/pool area never too busy. Also excellent location. We had a great stay, would definitely stay again.
