The location was great. Lots of dining options within a couple of block radius. We also loved that we could step out of the lobby and be on the ice rink at The Shipyards in less than 30 seconds. The room was comfortable, quiet and the bathroom had a nice soaking tub.

We’ve stayed here many years. The head of house keeping was very nice and always checked if we needed anything when we saw her in the hallway in the morning. We did get a parking ticket even though we had paid for parking through the hotel but they say they e taken care of it. When checking out had to check our bill(it was fine) because he didn’t say anything just handed a copy of the receipt. Thought it was weird not to tell us our total before putting it through. It’s always a great place to stay but always recommend 6th floor or higher as you hear the noise from the pool/gym/and ballroom other wise. So close to great restaurants and places to just sit and people watch in the sunshine. Always lots of parking spaces. Rooms are spacious and clean.

The hotel is just lovely.. top marks . Was told that there is no room service because they were short staffed. $ 300 for room and parking and no room service is just bad. We were so looking forward to being pampered after a huge house move. Come on you guys… you just have to do better!
