Our experience using the pool and hot was confusing and off putting. The pool and hot tub aren’t exclusive to hotel guest. It appears the public can pay to use the facilities which we weren’t aware of. We arrived to the front desk on the fitness floor where a staff member asked how she could help us. I said we’d like to use the pool. She had us sign in to which I write down both my and my partners name along with the room number. She then asked if we were guests of the hotel, which was very confusing as I was standing in a hotel robe and we came up the elevator that can only be used with a key card. I said yes and she point rudely to my partner and said what about him. I confusedly said yes and then she let us proceed to the pool. The whole time in the pool area we felt like we couldn’t relax as there were non hotel guests exercising. Overall it wasn’t your typical hotel pool experience.

The hotel was full, and it wasn't possible to upgrade our room, but we were given more coupons for the wonderful restaurant. Manny checked us in and he was very helpful. The location was beautiful and so fun!! We can't wait to come back. We loved the pool and HOT tub! There was also a wonderful steam room!! :)

When I arrived at the property, there had been a chlorine spill, and the air was filled with gas. I unknowingly walked into it while checking in and immediately began coughing and feeling a burning sensation in my throat. Paramedics had to assess me on site due to chlorine inhalation. I ended up with a sore throat for days and am now concerned about potential long-term effects. This was a serious safety issue that should never have happened. There was no warning, signage, or staff guidance to stay clear of the area. The fire department was on scene after exposure which clearly indicates how serious this was.

This is a lovely hotel right down by the waterfront in North Vancouver. There are so many restaurants and shopping boutiques in the area. You are steps away from the Seabus. The hotel is very clean, quiet and the breakfast was lovely.
