Great Location and Very Quiet

First time staying at a Sonder property and pleasantly surprise. Very quiet and walkable. Needed a new sofa bed and better condiments incl some decaf coffee

Clean room, comfortable bed and nice amenities. There were a few outlets that weren't working for the four of us, we had to try out different ones to see which ones worked charge our electronics. This place is different since it's all self service. You check in and unlock with codes. Self service for more towels or necessities. If you are looking for a hotel where you have human service professionals available to support you, then this place is not for you.

Quality of room was very nice, with comfortable bed with nice bathroom and kitchen. Good choice of restaurants close by and nice that beach is only a 5 minute walk away. We stayed for 4 nights and very pleased we chose this location to use as our base while exploring Vancouver.

The cleaning staff were most helpful. If you want to cook, there’s no oil for your fry pan! Only things are salt and pepper. It was quiet and clean and a great location. We had a nice view of a lovely yard.

Everything was great except the shower area needs to be improved as the area outside the shower gets flooded . Shower curtain is nit long enough to prevent water from splasing outside.

Really lovely in a great location. No concierge-having to send ID in advance was odd— but it does feel like a hotel. Our room was off the rooftop garden, nice bonus walkout, high ceilings, nicely appointed kitchen

Everything was perfect except the staff availability. I suggest there should be someone available at the waiting area or at the reception to assist the guests if anything is required urgently. Chat on the app does-not always work faster.
