The hotel was nice and restful, I really enjoyed my stay. It was not perfect - there was a flickering light in my room and they forgot to give me a breakfast coupon even when I asked them about breakfast a few times and I had to run back and forth to get it but over all, I would recommend staying at the Sheraton Vancouver, the rooms are nice and spacious with a gorgeous view

I should have researched this property more closely. This is a massive property designed to churn guests in and out, this is not a hotel with a focus on your stay. The rooms are clean, but our room with two beds (seemingly to host up to 4 people) had one bathrobe, and one hook to accommodate one towel. The property is poorly laid out and fairly clumsy to navigate with significant waits at the multiple elevator banks it takes to get from one place to the other. There was noting "wrong" with the hotel, but nothing particularly great about it either. We will definitely pick another property on our next visit to Vancouver.

SHERATON WALL CENTRE in the center of everything!

GREAT LOCATION to launch to the entire central city. Nice rooms to relax and refresh. Bustling & professional but little personal interaction. RECOMMENDED HOTEL - we would definitely stay again! We stayed 8 nights at the Sheraton Wall Centre. Fabulous location - walkable to so much Robson shopping (10 min) Art Gallery (5 min) Granville Ferry stops (15 min) Yaletown (5 min) Stanley Park is a 30 min walk but you may want to take a bus or Lyft there & save the walking for inside the park. Bustling high rise hotel with 2 towers for guests. Small efficient lobby & truly mind boggling bell/valet staff running 24/7. Professional and swift. Our room was super clean, modern, GREAT FIRM yet cozy BED with nice linens and the VIEWS of downtown are so great we took 100+ photos of light changes on the courtyard and surrounding highrises. Also fantastic black out curtains (necessary). Hotel housekeeping was clearly understaffed but so kind and the rooms were beautifully refreshed. Hotel mgmt needs to support their staff with more workers. We only asked for our room to be done 3x during our 8 day stay. By 3pm, they crew was still not able to get to our room A call to housekeeping brought staff to our door but we felt terrible putting on pressure. We tipped double and thanked profusely but again a hotel this busy should not be putting such pressure on their amazing staff There is a deluxe gym and large pool & hot tub. We used these facilities daily NICE HOTEL RECOMMEND!

Super clean huge room. Staff was exeptional. Trolly bus just outside the hotel for easy touring. Restaurant had fantastic breakfast. Valet always a help with questions. Only downfall was that the door handle was very stiff in outside of door.
