This property was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. Everything looked brand new and was exceptionally clean. The check-in process was seamless and fast. It had everything we needed, and the attention to detail made it clear the hosts truly care about their guests' experience. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families.
We had a very comfortable stay. The place felt just like home. It was clean, well-lit, and the smart TV made it easy to unwind after a long day. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and communicated well.
Although the elevator was temporarily out of service at the time we stayed, the staff were very proactive and made sure we had the help we needed, which we appreciated.
It would be helpful to have more hooks in the washroom for hanging clothes or towels and the water pressure in the shower was a bit low.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we’re thankful for the warm hospitality!
Smithe House is at a great location in Yaletown, close to the bus stops and walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the area is very safe. The building is secure, and the room is well supplied with kitchen utensils, cookware, washer/dryer, etc. Really a home away from home. Very comfortable. The check-in was easy with advanced online identity verification. Definitely recommend.
We had a great stay! The apartment was very nice, clean, and well taken care of. It's located in a great area of Vancouver, close to everything. The hosts were super kind and helpful throughout our stay.
Only spent 1 night with a friend after a show but was great having such a comfortable & quality 2 bedroom smaller apartment with all amenities. Unfortunately the elevator was not working due to a power surge in the area but staff did an amazing job communicating with us & offered help carrying our bags up/down from the underground carpark to the 3rd floor where we stayed. Great & friendly customer service in the circumstances! Location is great for BC Place, Rogers Arena & the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Would certainly stay again!
Once checked in, it was super easy to get in and out. The hosts responded quickly to any questions via text or email. The room was spacious with a huge kitchen, big table. There was a washer and dryer in the bathroom closet. Big refrigerator. Lots of windows in our two bedroom apartment, lovely light. Nice and quiet. Very conveniently located in Yaletown. Lots of restaurants a short walk away.
I highly recommend staying at the Smithe House; it was EVERYTHING that I could ask for and more! The place is new and the accommodations were EXCELLENT!! It was very clean; and, although there was no front desk, the staff constantly checked in on me via text to see if I needed anything. It was an amazing experience and I would absolutely stay there again if I go back to Vancouver. It’s walkable, close to bus stops and also pretty close to the Skylink station. I felt very safe staying at the Smithe House!!
Spacious, fully equipped kitchen, beautifully decorated in a modern style. Excellent location in Yaletown, close to restaurants, the stadium, and the waterfront.
Smithe House was amazing. This is a gorgeous unit in a great location. Easily walkable to attractions, restaurants and coffee shops. Their customer service was also terrific. If I could give more than five stars I would.
