GREAT VASCO HOTEL

This is one of the finest hotels in Vasco, and right from the GM, the FOM Mr. Savio, RDM Mr. Sandeep and each and every Team Member were OUTSTANDING!!! It would be impossible to name each and every one of them, lest we forgot to mention some, which we would not be able to forgive ourselves. Nothing is too much and they go out of their way to assist with anything and everything that you would need to make your stay pleasant. The best quality of this hotel are the OUTSTANDING TEAM MEMBERS.The newly appointed FOM is someone who ensures that any issues experienced by guest's is resolved immediately. I was disappointed with the Senior Management who did not appear to have time to speak to me of an issue. The most disappointing issue at this property is the WiFi which was brought to the attention of the Senior Management during a previous visit two months ago but it seems that nothing has been done to address this.
