Fascinating Apartment in Great Location

When we chose this apartment we were quite taken with the photos and the apartment lived up to the photos. The architecture is dramatic and the rooftop deck is superb. The apartment is very spacious and the rooms and artwork are fun to be in. The location was quiet and a great launching point to see all of Venice. The only concerns were that one of the bathrooms has some odor issues (but there are two others) and the communication with the owners was a bit frustrating when we were there. We had asked upon arriving if we might be able to stay an hour past the checkout time so that we would have a place to be until our train south was departing. It took two days and several reminders to hear back (the answer was no because they had someone else arriving that day which was fine) but that should have been able to be answered promptly.

Great place

Just as advertised. Big apartment but the air conditioning was very well sized to cool the whole space after a few hours of cooling down. The rental team was very responsive on our arrival and during our stay.

Overall the property was as listed. Only issue we had was for the first day and night we had no hot water and it took quite a bit of communication with the managers to get it rectified.

Great stay!

We had a lovely stay! Check in with Ernst efficient. Clean & spacious. We enjoyed morning coffee & evening cocktails on the small rooftop terrace. Lovely view & fun to watch the canal boat traffic! Would definitely return again!

We LOVED the apartment and neighborhood! Check-in was easy with helpful directions to apt. Had about a 15-20 minute walk with luggage from the Piazza Roma (took easy city bus from airport). Thankfully our key guy Freddy walked me through directions. Was originally planning to take water shuttle to nearby boat stop San Basilio but the manager with the keys said it would take over 2 hours with all of the stops and traffic... The neighborhood is so charming, and would want to return to this very spot next time! The walk to San Marco square was more like 20 minutes, but an amazing 20-minute walk that is so cant really complain about that. Per the listing, I don't think one can walk to San Marco in 10 minutes unless you are jogging there, and don't get distracted by a thing. The rooftop was an exceptional bonus, esp. with the full moon rising above! The 3-bathroom listing felt luxurious and was a selling point, but we ended up using one shower by the end of our trip because one of the two showers on the upper level had a leak going into another's apartment below, and we didnt know which shower was doing that. Apparently, that had never happened before. Didnt like it that we were making it rain in someone else's apt! This is an old building so I'm sure it is constant maintenance. Just felt like a special place because it is, and highly recommend!

Nice place

Great location short walk to Campi Santa Margherita and also to the San Basili terminal. Very roomy apt on 2 levels. Would rate higher but the air conditioner on the lower level did not work. Overall though, it was a nice place.

Sehr angenehmes und großzügiges Appartment

Ruhige Gegend von Venedig. Das Appartment ist großzügig und bietet genug Platz (wir waren 5 Personen). Das Appartment war sauber, die Betten bequem, der kleine Balkon ebenfalls sehr schön. Negativ: Auf der Homepage sind 6 Personen für die Unterkunft aufgeführt, dennoch ist das Appartment nur für 5 Personen zugelassen. Nach 20 Uhr Check-In wird eine Gebühr von 40€ fällig, in bar zu bezahlen. Ebenfalls muss die City-Tax in bar bei Ankunft bezahlt werden. Beides ist nicht transparent auf der Hompage vermerkt.

Alle Erwartungen wurden erfüllt.

Schlüsselübergabe hat hervorragend geklappt. Die Wohnung entsprach ganz unseren Erwartungen. Die Lage ist optimal für Entdeckungen zu Fuss oder Vaporetto. Auf der Dachterrasse haben wir am Samstag das grosse Feuerwerk genossen. Ein tolles Erlebnis
