They love to say “No” for everything. I paid around €200 per night when I was booking in advance. When we checked in, I noticed the price dropped at €92, I asked them if can price match, they say “NO”. Asked if possible for room upgrade, they say”NO”. Asked if can added the breakfast, they say”NO”. I called the Expedia where I booked from, to see if we can change the second night price , or can I rebook again. They called the property and sent the email per their request, Then they responded “No” of course again! So watching your wallet if you are going to book with this hotel. Btw. The bathroom is super tiny, if you are not the tiny body, you might not able to turn around.

WE HAD TO CALL THE POLICE to get us out!

SAFETY ISSUE! There was no staff in our hotel. It was staffed by a different hotel across the street who had to run over and check us in. There was a planned power outage for 5 hours during the heat of the day (90 degrees) that no one told us about. They only give you one room key for two people which you need to leave the hotel otherwise the entrance is locked to people trying to get out of their own hotel. No one checked to make sure there weren’t any guests across the street when the power was off. We were locked in. Had to call the POLIZIA to notify the staff across the street, where there WAS power, because the phones didn’t work, to come let us out of the hotel with no A/C, no running water, no lights. This was a PLANNED power outage and we weren’t given any notice to make accommodations else where. The hotel is really trying to save money on staff and it’s DANGEROUS!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. Bed was comfortable, air conditioner worked well. The front desk lady was very helpful in recommending places. The property is close to the train station which is a plus if that is how you are traveling to Venice.

Loved this place. When we entered, we were nicely greeted by the reception and our bags were taken in the room. They were very friendly and always helped out with things we needed. Breakfast was great and rooms were very clean.

My wife and I spent a lot of time looking for a great spot in Venice. We chose Alle Guglie Boutique Hotel after looking at many others. It was a really great choice. It is in a great location in proximity to a water bus stop so no need to lug our bags too far. The area has lots of restaurants, cafes, and is a bit removed from the busier areas. Its convenient enough to walk all around the islands of Venice. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Normalmente no me gusta hacer comentarios desagradables pero para mi y mi familia no fue nada agradable ya que viajamos desde miami y luego de 10 horas de viaje tomamos otra hora de vuelo a Venecia al llegar al hotel el recibimiento fue pera pesimo y lo que sucedió es que la recerva era para 2 personas pero a última hora mi hija de nueve años se unio al viaje y no pude agregarla a la reserva le explique amablemente al que nos revibio que solo dormiriamos 2 personas ya que mi tia se ira a casa de un amigo y apesar que mi tia una señora de 80 años y cansada de un vuelo no me permitió ni tan siquiera que subiera a la habitación para que se cambiara de ropa y apesar de las reglas estrictas nos toco el 4rto piso por escaleras y desafortunadamente me sentía tan mal de dejar a mi tia abajo que me sali del hotel y me fui a otro donde resibimos una calida bienvenida no regresaría nunca aqui asi fuese gratuita la habitación el personal muy desagradable y no pongo su nombre ya que cuando pregunté no quisieron decirme ademas que con muy mala actitud me llamaron solo a 2 después del horario del cheking y me dijeron ok señora solo 2 minutos mas que es esto he viajando mucho y nunca he visto tanto extremo en un hotel ni que fuese 5 estrellas horrible de verdad deberían cambiar el personal arruina todo.

This was the best hotel during our trip to Italy! The rooms are very nice, clean, and comfortable. The beds and pillows are the best. The A/C works well. The shower was perfect. The staff was very helpful. This is a great place to stay in Venice! Highly recommend!

Very nice and clean hotel. Everything worked just fine. Very nice location and only about a 10min walk from the train station which is convenient. The AC was a little confusing to figure out but still grateful to have one. The staff is very courteous and even gave us a map of things to do in Venice and even gave us a heads up of train cancellations to look out for due to train strikes. No elevator, only stairs but the concierge will help carry heavy luggage. I would say the only downside is that the room is very small to where my girlfriend and I took up all the open space in the room when we opened our luggage and we only had 1 bag each but I feel that should be expected for most hotels in Venice though.

A tiny room just as described, but ideally located walking distance from the Venice San Lucia train station. And located near the Guglie water pickup spot for both the vaporettas and the water shuttle to the airport. Pleasantly located outside of the center of Venice so it quiets down at night. And the concierge is a wealth of info, and friendly to boot!

Super modern hotel in cannareggio area of Venice. Its about 5 min. walk from Guglia alilaguna stop and about 20 min walk to st. Marks square. Very spacious and more updated than I expected for a hotel on the island. Had a wonderful stay, look forward to staying at in the future.

This cute Boutique Hotel is perfectly located. You're literally in the middle of everything. This is the only Main/Straight street in Venice. Many restaurants, Markets and Stores literally out the main door. Highly recommend. Staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and cozy. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We would definitely stay hete again when we return to Venice.
