AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The service was horrible and the hotel itself is in horrible shape. It looks like a crack house. Do not get fooled by the photo. When we arrived, the receptionist said all rooms were booked out and was going to send us to another building - even though we made our reservation weeks in advance. They were rude and dismissive. We were celebrating our anniversary and it was an awful way to start our trip. We ended up staying at Hotel Casa W instead and that’s a true reflection of Italian hospitality- delicious food, friendly reception, and a nice, modern room where it doesn’t feel you’ll get stabbed by a rogue needle like at BB CA Venezia.

no me dieron la habitacion ya que ustedes no confirmaron o no pagaron al que renta, tuve que pagar un taxi para ir a buscar otro hotel que me salio muy caro , aqui qeuin va a resolver ese problema me estafaron y con mi dinero ustedes ganaron y yo perdi quiero que me hagan la devolucion y el pago extra que tuve que pagar por aprte de ustedes como pagina EXPEDIA MEXICO

El chek in fue confuso, tardaron en atender, se tiene que marcar a un numero llegando pero normalmente somos turistas extrangeros , lo que hace dificil marcar para comunicarse, trate de mandar memsaje y no me atendian, hasta que un vecino me ayudo a marcar el numero para que me recibieran. La limpieza terrible en general
