Everything was great, location, room, bathroom, soooo good, they have a small breakfast buffet european style with bread, cheese and coffee, i guess it works out but it isn’t an american style buffet. I love it when they personalized the experience, we got a postcard with my name and wishing us a great stay, some merch and snacks. They are next to a bus stop like 15-20 min to venice island, so if i need to come back to venice sometime ill definitely stay here.

Ideally located 5mins walk to Mestre train station for a 10minute ride to Venice S.Lucia. The hotel is on the 9th floor of what primarily seems to be university student residence building but with a shared reception. That said, the laundry, breakfast and staff were all great and available 24/7 and very helpful. If you just need a base for visiting Venice without the crazy central hotel prices, this place is worth looking at.

Modern, clean and fresh and about 1/2 km to the train station and could not hear the trains at all. Very safe. Wonderful breakfast with various coffee, croissants, sliced turkey & cheese, yogurt, granola, juices, breads, jams, prunes… Soul Kitchen (restaurant) and grocery store are both nearby. The elevator is quiet and quick! The television and wifi is a problem. The tv acts like a monitor and it was never fully loading a show, news or YouTube. I was sick one day and would have preferred to watch tv shows or YouTube channels. Could not get the BBC although it was listed as an option. No tv shows played. Staff are very responsive and helpful.
