Pretty average hotel, but cheap. I didn't mind the rustic look and feel. It's close to the airport, yes there shuttle is 15 euro. If you don't want to pay, it's a very short walk or you can take the bus if Its running. Would have giving it a higher rating, but unfortunately there was a cockroach in my room when I woke up. Other then that...this place is great to stay at for 1-2nights before flights

The room was clean and a good size. Older hotel. Staff was friendly, Hotel was quite a walk to any dining but they would shuttle you to their recommended restaurant. Nothing else was nearby. They did have a very good buffet breakfast in morning for a charge.

Though the decor has historic charm, some updating is needed( hallway runner in particular, is in need replacement. I booked a deluxe room, but am pretty sure we were given a standard double- which had ample space. The location is less than ideal for using public transport into Venice

The facility is dated although it is clean and extremely convenient to Venice airport. Shuttle to/from the aiport is not included. If you need to reach the airport, it will cost you 15 euros. That is supposed to include breakfast, which is as far from being memorable as one can imagine. However, for one night while en route to my destination, it's ok.

This is a restored farm house with tons of charm! Super clean. The staff there went above and beyond to make sure you were taken care of.

Driving into the property, parking by the trash cans and seeing the side of the building where equipment was stored, was disheartening after a long day of driving. It appeared run down, not well cared for. Windows unwashed. Check in was super slow with only one gentleman at the front desk. There was NO evening service at the hotel… their restaurant was down the street about 500 metres. Breakfast was served for 12 euros but we checked out before service began. The rooms were clean but the floors were super creaky and noisy. There was a serious trip hazard between the buildings with not only a down sloping floor but loose tiles. We observed a fellow traveler stumble over the loose/cracked tile. We did not use the shuttle service but I believe that there was a 10 euro per person charge for it, including going to their restaurant…We did dine at the restaurant and it was good, not a lot of atmosphere…

Good location on an agritourism property with three hotels. This by far was the one most eun down. Says spa and hot tub but was broken down and dirty. Same with sauna. Did have A/C and was within walking distance to some bars and restaurants. Had to pay for shuttle to Marco Polo

Quaint farmhouse converted to an inn. The staff was very helpful answering questions and assisting in navigating transportation options. Great breakfast with lots of options. Our airport shuttle could have been improved with a different driver and a better attitude

Misleading discription

Apparently there are two parts to this property, which is sprawling. The part that our uber driver stopped os off at (as if he knew that was where the hotel wanted us to go) had no pool, no sauna, no cafe, no concierge, no amenities at all. It was just a small room, although clean. We couldn’t make the tv work, and the person down at the desk made. O effort to help us when we told her. We also paid for an early shuttle to the airport, and were told that would include a continental breakfast of coffee, justice, and croissants, We were told when we checked in there would be a coffee bar set up in the morning. There was none of that, although the front desk person brought us a cup of coffee when we asked about it. All of these things described must be at the other side of the property because it definitely looked a lot nicer down in the other end!
