This is a great place to stay in Venice! Nice location, just a few minutes walk from the main city center and Saint Mark’s Square. Some great restaurants and small shops right outside the door just a few steps away. The property is on the 4th floor and doe not have an elevator. (Was not an issue for us, but worth mentioning just in case stairs are an issue for your party), I would have rated this as excellent but we had just a few small issues. The air conditioner in the main family room area was not working well. This put a kink in our plans to gather together on that space late in the evenings when we got back to play games and close out the night, the rest of the rooms air worked great. The freezer was frozen over which didn’t allow us to use it as we would have liked, The water pressure was pretty low. Ot got the job done but worth mentioning. All in all we really enjoyed our stay here and do recommend it. If those 3 things got resolved, we rate as excellent.

The good: location is quiet and not on the main tourist streets but has easy access to shops and places to eat. It is spacious with 4 bedrooms. The person who met us at check in was great! Three of the rooms had AC that worked well. The not so good: Europe is in the middle of a heat wave and one of the room ACs barely kept up. Another AC unit in a bedroom quit working altogether. It had been fixed that morning. We contacted the local agency responsible for check in, and they said they only handled the check in and we needed to contact Hotels.com with our issue. After contacting Hotels.com. We were told someone would fix it in the next day or two. No one showed, despite a second call to Hotels.Com. A check in email said to bring Euros in cash for a damage deposit and they would refund it the morning we checked out. This seemed unusual and no mention of it was made at actual check in and we did not pay it. We paid the required Venice tourist tax in cash at check in and we're supposed to receive a QR code to prove the tax was paid, however The check in agency said it was Hotels.com responsibility to provide proof of payment. This seemed strange since we paid the tax to the agency. We never got the QR code. Despite all this, we would stay there again if there was not a heat wave, the communication problems were solved and there was a responsible local contact.

Appartement très bien situé, proche des grands monuments. Propre. Par contre, 4 étages sans ascenseur, équipement pour faire la cuisine tres limité.
