Ho effettuato una prenotazione per due persone tramite il sito dell’hotel, selezionando espressamente le opzioni con colazione inclusa e applicando i relativi filtri. Nonostante ciò, al momento dell’arrivo mi è stato comunicato che la colazione non era inclusa. Inoltre, invece del costo previsto di 6 euro, mi è stato addebitato un importo di 12,40 euro per persona. Desidero segnalare anche che la struttura non disponeva della piscina indicata. L’unica piscina disponibile era esterna e a pagamento, diversamente da quanto risultava nella descrizione.
