Great place, close to bus and train terminals

Property as described and as in picture, even better. Nicoletta and Cesare are great with communication and recommendations. 10-15 mins from terminals and 20- 25 min from attractions. Will stay again!

Beautiful space but had some issues

The flat was beautiful with great windows and views, it's a great space. Downsides are that the floors were visibly dirty (shoe prints in the kitchen), we had issues with mosquitoes during the night even though we kept the windows closed and bedroom door closed (the walls indicate that others probably squished a lot of mosquitos too), and we wished the host had been more communicative about the check-in process (such as providing us with the details of the exact address and check-in procedure, which involved coordinating an arrival time to meet with the property manager and was difficult for us to do without cellular data or internet connection).

Amazing experience

We add a wonderful in Venice. The property was beyond our expectations. The biggest challenge is to get upstairs when you have many luggages. But when your are there, you find such a comfortable apartment with amazing views, a beautiful tiny terrace. We were so well welcomed by Nicolette, the owners landlord. She gave us many useful recommandations where to pick up food and to insure we have a pleasant stay. Definitely a repeat.

Excellent 5* accommodation in perfect central location

Myself and my son stayed for 5 nights in this fabulous apartment with lots of character and the most amazing views over Venice. Every morning we enjoyed breakfast on the balcony and ended each day with a coffee alfresco whilst watching the sun set over the rooftops. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a lovely arty feel to it, and it was nice to have 2 bedrooms. The location is perfect, in the centre of San Polo, 10 minutes walk to Piazalle Roma for the coach and 10 to 15 minutes to Rialto bridge. So nice to be in the centre of the real Venice. The free walking tour and also the ghosts and legends tours which I highly recommend, were an easy walking distance away. Nicolletta met us at the apartment and she was great. She went through the map of Venice with us with some tips of places to visit and restaurants too. We had a fabulous time, so glad we stayed here and not a hotel. I miss it already and can’t wait to go back. Thank you so much.

Excellent séjour chez Giulia et Cesare

Un accueil chaleureux de la part de Nicoletta avec des infos au top et un appartement niché sur les toits de Venise, loin du tumulte bouillonnant de la ville. On se sent comme chez soi, rien de manque. Je recommande vraiment cette location

Entspannung pur

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Durften schon vor dem offiziellen Check in unser Gepäck unterstellen und auch am Abreisetag unser Gepäck bis 19 Uhr sicher vor Ort lassen. das war wirklich entspannend. Die Wohnung und die Umgebung (Einkaufen, Essen gehen, cafes,..) waren super. Einzig bei der Wohnung sollte man wissen, das man viel Treppen steigen muss, teils auch steil. Dies sollte man als älterer Mensch bedenken. Ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert.

Splendido appartamento curato nei dettagli, situato in zona estremamente pratica per visitare Venezia e sentirsi un po' veneziani... Cordialissima Nicoletta che ci ha dato consigli molto utili per il soggiorno.

Nettes Appartement, fantastisch gelegen. Wenn man zu zweit übernachtet, ist es absolut in Ordnung. Zu viert ist das zweite Schlafzimmer etwas eng. Insgesamt war die Wohnung leider nicht so gut geputzt, schade.

Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit Allem was man braucht. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter absolut reibungslos und angenehm.

Très agréable

Très bien situé, l'appartement était propre et fonctionnel. L'escalier un peu raide nous faisait peur pour nos enfants mais nous n'avons eu aucun problème finalement.... Petite terrasse fort sympathique pour le café du matin ou le spritz du soir !
