The hotel is located directly across from the ACTV making it simple to travel into the Venice stops. I loved the location. It is also approx. 30 minutes to the Marco Polo Airport and the hotel offered to arrange our transportation in the early morning hours to the airport. My biggest and only complaint was that I had paid in advance for two rooms, each with kingsize beds. I showed up around 10am understanding that check-in was at 3pm. But, The woman at the front desk was kind enough to accomodate me with one of the rooms, as I had reserved. She also pre-checked me for the 2nd room at that time. In the afternoon, I returned for the 2nd room. We were given a room with 2 single beds. The individual at the front desk was different and not helpful nor gave me what I had paid for in advance. I believe a credit should have been offered or should have been made if they could not deliver what I had reserved and paid in advance.

The property is new. Its OK. We had some hiccups like the fact that we were not told that from April to July if you dont have a special ticket, you cant enter downtown, we had to ask twice for toilet paper as there wasnt any in the room, we had a special birthday amenity scheduled that they forgot about, we were charged about 300 € by mistake, we had booked a king size bedroom and they have us a doble bedroom. All these things were fixed, however would have been nice not to deal with them. Also the hotel is far from downtown, so a little extra tip on how to move around by the hotel would have been appreciated since really there is nothing close by.

Situated in quite an industrial area the walk from the train station took about 20 mins, but was a little long winded. The people mover close by took minutes for e1.50 and once at Tronchetto is then a couple of minutes walk to the hotel. A lot of building work going on around and the walk up to the hotel has yet to be completed, no shops or restaurants. Shiny new build so everything pristine and modern. Warmly greeted and swiftly checked in, but swiftly returned as key wouldn't work. Sorted, we found king room 2085 modest in size, the bathroom seeming larger by comparison. Fresh, clean modern decor, lovely toiletries but no slippers or robes. Tea, coffee and bottled water, also handy water refill stations near the lifts. Huge TV and different lighting options. Plenty of plug and USB sockets, hanging and storage space. View was of the internal courtyard, but we later enjoyed the outside seating area there, with comfy sofas. Breakfast was enjoyable, good selection of hot and cold being continually replenished and kept tidy. Latte was just hot milk and took a few attempts!! Very pleasant stay and with the Tronchetto being a hub for transport it meant we had a few minutes walk to catch the Airport bus. Would certainly stay here again.

Great hotel if you are catching a cruise!

I had a very good experience at this hotel! When I first booked my room, this hotel did not have many reviews since it's quite new, but I was pleasantly surprised! The rooms were very clean, modern, and spacious. The breakfast buffet was very tasty as well, and I appreciated that the staff were very friendly. The only thing I would like to mention is that check-out time is at 12:00, and I had a situation where I decided to take a nap around 10 am before checking out. I got surprised at 10:30 by someone who entered my room (most likely house keeping) without knocking. As a woman travelling alone, it startled me a bit. I mentioned that this happened to the staff and they were understanding and told me that I should have put the "do not disturb sign", so just a reminder to make sure to do that the day you are checking out! :) I'm a new traveller so this might already be something that everyone knows, but just wanted to give this advice if it can be useful for someone! Overall my experience was great and will come stay here again if I return to Venice one day.

Nice hotel - is new so they are still doing construction around the area but we had an amazing time there and is convenient since there is boat transportation at all times to and from the main attractions in Venice. Breakfast was great and staff was so friendly.

The room is small. And the hotel is located at the edge of Venice, no stores except a small shop. It would take a good half hour to city center…BTW, the hotel asked 100 euro extra for “security deposit” and refrigerator in room is empty.
