Perfect location for us. A very quaint vibrant square within very close walking distance. Lots of restaurants dancing on the square. Also very close to the public water buses to take you everywhere. Right next door to the museum of natural History which was awesome. Delicious free breakfast and wonderful service.

Lovely Hotel

We stayed in the family room and it was perfect! The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and the location was great! My only complaints were the shower in the master bedroom was way too small, luckily some us were able to use the larger shower in the adjoining room. Also, the bed in the master room was so firm, almost like sleeping on the floor! We still had a great stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.

The good thing about this property is the location. Its away from the crowd and close to the train. Venice is small so it's easy to walk to most things. The staff was not particularly helpful. The breakfast was terrible. The gentleman serving the breakfast was nice. But they make you sign up for a time slot to have breakfast otherwise the space is limited. We ended up getting breakfast from outside. Some of the food served was sour and not at all fresh or not tasty. I wanted to like the property. The suite was fair and mostly clean. Although venice is very expensive, I don't think we got our money's worth at this property.

I really liked the location! It was super convenient. The only complaint I have is the pillows and mattress we had. They were super hard and gave me seriously bad neck pain. It also made us wake up a lot throughout the night because we couldn't get comfortable. Otherwise, we had a really easy check-in, staff was wonderful, we enjoyed the breakfast, location was fantastic & yea :) overall really great stay!
