I paid a lot for a very small single room but the location can't be beat of you're spending a lot of time at the Basilica and Dodge's palace like I was. Don't take their restaurant recommendations. But apart from that, very helpful staff

This is a lovely, very clean hotel. Our room had a beautiful little balcony over a canal where gondolas passed below. Morning breakfast is basic but well done and all we needed to get started for our day. The front desk staff was very helpful and carried our luggage up the stairs for us - despite other reviews that complained about this. Excellent location! Would stay here again!

Very charming however I stayed in the renovated rooms. Had a balcony and lovely room. Staff was excellent. I traveled alone and they were so helpful. The only problem was there is no elevator and I stayed on the 4th floor. I am a senior citizen so it was painful walking up and down all of the stairs.

My stay here was exceptional!! The staff was amazing!! Thank you so much Aurora, Michael, Omar, Anthony and everyone else that made my stay so fantastic!! The hotel was immaculate in cleanliness and my room was adorable! The breakfast was delicious and abundant...I only wished I was more hungry! The hotel is perfectly located for everything....the sites and transportation. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again and again!!!
