This hotel was a 2 min walk to Piazza San Marco. The location was central to the boat transports & great alleys of restaurants & shops. We had a larger room which was so nice. The bed & all the amenities were excellent. Only thing missing was lotion. Breakfast was easy & a very decent selection. Couldn’t have picked a better hotel. Very happy with our stay here.

Perfect location steps from St Mark’s square, transportation and many great restaurants. Good breakfast at the hotel. An issue in Venice is the sewage smell that wafts up unexpectedly in various places. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great hotel , shame about the bed.

Great place to stay but the AC was on chilly whatever we did and I found the bed to be very firm . It was very clean, a credit to the staff . 25 min walk to the bus station which was hard work in the afternoon due to the crowds , but easy in the early morning as the streets were empty in comparison . A few min from the expensive shops which reflects in other shops , the further out the better the prices .Do your research and you will have great time . Nothing is far away as long as you can walk .

Recommend for the price

We had a suite which consisted of 2 bedrooms. The space is clean, but not fancy. It has a utilitarian feel. It was very quiet and the air conditioning worked great. The location is superb.
