Absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was perfect – the room was clean and comfortable, the food was delicious with a great variety, and the beach was just a short walk from the hotel. We appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the friendly staff. The only minor issue was the condition of the bicycles – they could use a bit of maintenance. We would definitely love to come back. Bel hotel au charme vénitien, très agréable et facile d'accès pour un séjour à Venise. Petit déjeuner excellent, et très agréable dans le jardin. Chambres charmantes avec belles tapisseries en tissu. Possibilité de stationner sur place. La terrasse sur le toit de l'hôtel offre une vue panoramique sur le Lido et Venise.

Great little hotel, in safe, quiet residential area of Lido, within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and ferries, with staff that really look after you. A quiet haven away from the madness of central Venice, no 14 ferry takes you from Lido to St Marco in just over 10 minutes, runs every 1/2 hour. Hotel really clean and with lovely garden and a couple of terraces and tower overlooking the rooftops towards Venice. Excellent continental breakfasts including lovely homemade breads and cakes. Many thanks to Marco and all the staff including Tatiana, Francesca and Paul.

I gave 4 stars in comfort because our shower was so tiny! I had to get out of it to wash and shave my legs. It’s smallerthan a cruise ship shower. Maybe take out the bidet and get the shower an ok size

Wonderful

We booked at short notice and messaged the hotel to let them know we would be arriving late (11pm). They responded very quickly with lots of useful travel information for the time of day from airport to hotel. The hotel was clean and well maintained, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was a good size, breakfast was very nice with just enough choice, definitely quality over quantity. The viewing platforms are very special and well worth the steps but this hotel would be highly recommended anyway.

Lido is a good place to stay when visiting Venice. It’s away from all the crowds and is more quiet. The hotel staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The manager was helpful in finding a water taxi back-and-forth.
