Villa Franceschi is absolutely beautiful. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great food and cocktails. Very friendly to dogs. The rooms have been recently renovated and are absolutely stunning. Park around the property is wonderful. This property stole our hearts.

Loved this beautiful hotel. It has gorgeous gardens and the staff was very friendly and helpful. And the food and cocktails were amazing! And it’s dog friendly. Really lovely place. Definitely will come back.

This is a beautiful property. Nice to be away from the bustle of Venice while still close enough to enjoy a day trip. Only negative mark is no stand up shower in room. Hand held shower wand in bathtub is the only option.

In front of the river, this 15th Century heaven was a memorable experience. Like most of Europe hotels, Air Conditioning does not work in Winter which was a problem to me. However, I wish I stayed longer than one night as it worth the visit.

Though I had not yet checked out in the morning, I entered the room without the staff knocking in a shower without permission. In addition, a door was opened without knocking when I changed my clothes afterwards

Excelent quite place, rich in class!

This UNIQUE place it allows you to experience the richness of staying in a "palace", treated like a "King" close to Venice, Padova and the country side. Very nice experience through out!

Awsome experience

We had a great stay at this beautiful Villa. The location is not too far off from San Marco and can be reach by car in about 20 minutes or less. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel put us in the duplex overlooking at the garden and the classic rooms are very spacious. This is the perfect hotel to stay if you are driving from other cities to explore Venice. We will be back staying at this place for our next visit to Venice. Highly recommended!
