Ca’ Bella Studio is a small family-appartment which is located on the ground floor in an area of the historic center of Venice, behind the Arsenale and Piazza San Marco, with a supermarket and small grocery stores within walking distance, very easy landing of Arsenale and San Zaccaria stop (landing place of the public lines coming from Airport, Railway Station and Piazzale Roma), is located in the heart of the city, but still remaining in a peaceful, characteristic area.
The apartment has just been lovingly restored and is composed of a double bedroom with one double bed (linen and towels are provided), a bathroom with shower, and a living area with kitchenette and a comfortable double sofa bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with some basic foods (salt, sugar, coffee, oil, pepper etc.).
The heating is independent and is equipped with air conditioning.
It is a small apartment ideal for short stays in Venice.
The use of the wifi is included in the price.
Final cleaning and the supply of sheets, household and bathroom linen are included in the price.

This was a great location for Venice. So close to the historic area and plenty of food options around. Francesca was so easy to work with. Francesca was a wonderful host. She met us at the apartment when checking in to make sure we could find it and that we were comfortable with the apartment. She also let us know we could contact her if anything comes up or for recommendations, which we appreciated as travelers! This vacation rental was great for several reasons. The location was perfect. On first floor also. Nicely decorated. Everything you need to have a comfortable vacation. So many things close by including restaurants, small cafes plus nice restaurants. Francesca was very helpful before arriving and also when we checked in, giving us info on water transport, train station, etc. We highly recommend this rental.

My husband and I were first timers to Venice and only stayed two nights. The location of this property is great, because it’s far enough from the tourist areas that it is very quiet, yet it’s a very quick walk to the water boat stations, restaurants, and many tourist attractions. Very friendly and helpful owner. Great AC for hot, August months. And a first floor apartment, so easy entry. We would absolutely stay here again.

I was worried that this property/location was perhaps too good to be true especially since I had asked about the potential of an early check in and at every other hotel we stayed at in Italy it was not possible, but the host simply knew that she wouldn’t have guests immediately before us so she was able to accommodate our request. The communication was SUPERB! We also ended up needing a water taxi at 4am to the Venice airport and our host called and arranged for one and it came RIGHT ON TIME. I had also been nervous about that request since I was told there was no phone number I could call for the taxi and there was no proper “address” for the pickup location, but the host described it to me and it all worked out. It required a little faith on my part but since she had been so clear on all the other details of the meeting/key pickup etc I was able to trust and it was all great!!! Thanks so much!!! Would hands down recommend this property to anyone wishing to be in a convenient location in Venice.

Venice adventure

It was in a quiet area but at the same time walkable to major attractions and to a vaporetto stop. There were also convenience stores and restaurants close by. The apartment was clean and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We appreciated the host making arrangements to meet us and giving us all the guidance we needed. Great apartment, perfect location

The apartment is great and in the perfect location. Quiet area, but with a lot of shops and restaurants very nearby. Central location made getting around very easy, with plenty of waterbus stops nearby for additional travel options. Francesca was very communicative, and gave clear instructions on reaching the apartment. She walked us through everything we needed to know and gave us amazing restaurant recommendations. I will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Her place was just as the photos showed, close enough to all the main landmarks yet far enough away to have it quieter in the evening. Wonderful location in Venice

A perfect bolt hole for one person. Francesca's instructions and suggestions were exemplary and check in an out very easy. A good cafe and many restaurants are nearby ...as well as all the sights. I was worried about being on the ground floor but it was completely quiet and safe. I would return.

Perfect location! I loved the location of this apartment; it is very close to the touristy areas and the water shuttle that runs to/from airport, but it only takes few minutes to reach all the sightseeing spots. Clean, easily assessable, and great communication with the owner. Highly recommend.
