Great stay in Venice

We really liked the location of this hotel, they gave lots of information in advance of how to find it. It was in a quiet location with lots of great restaurants nearby. The room was big and clean, the breakfast was quite basic but what was on offer was nice.

Valentina was very helpful and attentive to all our needs. Huge plus is upon arrival on water taxi, the hotel is very close to the canal. Recommend this place for your stay!

They advertised a lift/elevator so I did not request it as I wasn’t aware that there was 2 bldgs and even though I asked for the first floor in Italy the first floor you have to walk up stairs to get to the first floor. We had a handicapped person and it was very difficult getting to and from the room. We were not aware that a room for four would be all in one room with a double bed and a pull out sofa. Great location and very clean. Great breakfast

I recently stayed at your hotel, and I would like to bring an unfortunate incident to your attention. Upon my arrival, I was informed by the staff that I could place my luggage in the elevator, and it would be sent up to the 3rd floors(reception floors). However, while the elevator was ascending, one side of the elevator wall which was covered with cardboard instead of proper glass or solid material caused an issue. Due to this cardboard section, my suitcase got caught between the elevator floor and the wall. As a result, the elevator stopped, and the hand luggage bag was stuck. When I finally managed to remove the bag, I discovered that all of the things in the bag were cracked, and my eyeglasses were broken inside. These glasses are quite valuable, with an estimated cost of around $1000 USD. Finally, they told me that this elevator is not meant for people to use. There are no signs indicating that it isn't for public use, and inside the elevator, it says 'Press to go up and down.' There's also broken glass that could hurt someone I kindly ask the hotel to take responsibility for this incident and either compensate me for the amount of the glasses. They ignored me and after emails with the photo th

This property did not have any elevators, and we had to lug our luggage up several flights of stairs. The room was rather tiny, but the air-conditioning did work. For the price I think it was a good hotel in a good location for us. It was odd that the registration desk was on the 3rd floor of one building, and we had to go to a different building for our room. Breakfast was nice. Staff was friendly.

Great quiet location, close to top attractions.

Hotel was close to all the activities we wanted to do - the Academia Museum, Peggy Guggenheim Museum, close to St. Marks - but away from the crowds. Hotel has a small elevator, which made getting bags up to room easier! Nice breakfast. Great service.

I loved that I was right on the Canal. very pretty room, great breakfast in the morning with a wide variety of items that were delicious. Coffee espresso or cappuccino was served every morning by staff, who by the way were lovely!!

Palazzo Guardi - fab location

Really enjoyed our stay as a family of four at this hotel. The location was just what we needed and the area is much cheaper to eat at than San Marco and Rialto. So much to see and do. The breakfast was basic but adequate for us. Beautiful bedroom and kept clean and water replaced daily. With a little fridge. Netflix on TV and view was great over the canal. The lift a little small and slow if needed. Friendly staff and can leave luggage if needed after check out . Very happy thank you

Perfect Family Room!

We absolutely loved our room, Accademia. It was fantastic with our two young kids—enough room for everyone. Gorgeous canal views. Great location. So nice to have breakfast included, and bag storage so we could explore before our evening departure. Would absolutely love to stay in the same room again someday.
