Fabulous location- easy access to all of venice

2 night stay with family- location of this hotel couldn’t have been better. Quiet and clean and staff very helpful. Average breakfast but suited us fine. Eat access to all areas of Venice. The little ice cream shop at end of the lane is brilliant!

I would stay here again

This is a great spot. Very spacious rooms and beautiful old building. Very close to valporetto port so easy walk to hotel. Difficult to find initially, the entrance is in a very narrow hallway. I highly recommend the place

A sweet part of Venice

Excellent location for walking around Venice. Staff were very friendly and breakfast although simple was perfect. The room was very clean and spacious for a family of four. The air con wasn’t working that well and the windows had to remain closed as the street has a few bars which were noisy for children trying to sleep but it wouldn’t bother adults. The noise doesn’t go on too late and it was quiet for the rest of the night. We would highly recommend this hotel.

It was a nice, quite and clean place with friendly staff. The breakfast was good. Walking distance to almost everywhere. The only issue was the wifi was not good. We barely had internet connection.

Beautiful hotel with good amenities. Staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is good. View is not the same as pictures as you are on the third floor: Elevator access is more like a true lift/dumbwaiter. Would be difficult for a claustrophobic person to ride up. Can be hard if you have lots of luggage. Venice is just hard to get around and this is midway along either vaporetto route.

The stay here was amazing! They were so nice and accomodating! It was a close distance to San Marcos (the most popular island) maybe a 10 minute walk! The location was safe and the room itself was lovely! I would recommend to anyone coming to visit and I'd stay again! My mom and I had a lovely time here☺️

Only stayed 1 night and the water boiler broke so we had no hot water to shower the day of our flight back to New York. Water was freezing cold! Never had any other issues and this was our 4th stay here…
