The living room did not have a sofa to sit down so we could not use the living room to spend time with the family after sigh seeing in the city. I contacted the management company and they told me that the new sofa had not arrived. When I complained to the support email I never received any response after multiple emails.

Although it took us about a hour to find the property, we still like the place pretty much. Rooms are spacious and feel like newly renovated with canal view. Love the air conditioning in such hot summer. Location is great. Most attractions,restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. There is a grocery store nearby too. Will stay here again if we come back to Venice.

Beautiful apartment, location is perfect. Was hard to find because it was our first time in Venice. Communication with owner was very good. The apartment is comfortable with a beautiful canal view. I’d probably add more pillows to the bed and add extra towels, but despite that, was ok for 1 night. I would recommend it for sure .
