Fabulous property with a perfect location. Every member of the staff went above and beyond and we’re already planning a return trip. We had an early departure and they even prepared breakfast boxes for us! Highly recommend!

The staff was excellent, and the room was very spacious. My only complaint is that we paid extra for a canal view, and because we were on the 4th floor, our only view was the very close scaffolding on the next building.

Hotel staff was great. Arranged taxi service from airport to hotel and then scheduled water taxi from hotel to train station for departure. If coming from the airport, highly recommend the taxi service, it’s a bit expensive at around $300 but worth it.

Very well situated with helpful staff and nice, albeit overheated (open a window, turning down the thermostat is ineffective) well situated with excellent breakfasts (free for small children). Would stay here again.
