Excellent stay in well located and appointed hotel

Excellent stay, ideal location on Grand Canal and next to S.Angelo water bus stop, so access to and from airport and rest of Venice easy. Lovely fresh found floor room facing the canal. Tasty breakfast and nice garden.

Be aware of handwritten bill/invoices

In general, everything is good. Front staff were friendly & helpful. VIP & free welcome drink for Hotel.com were not recognized. One additional disappointed incident: ordered $10 mix of fruit drink (no alcohol). It became $19 at check out at front desk the day after. A hand written invoice of number 10, WITH the long "comma" attached by the end of the 0 became $19? I didn't ask for correction due to the fact that I am an solo elderly traveler. The $9 extra was not worth the confrontation especially in the foreign country. I hope & wish it was an honest mistake from the bar tender? Amen!

We absolutely loved our stay at Palazzo Barocci. It was the perfect hotel in Venice. It was incredibly convenient to get to by water bus (which is the public transport that stops along the grand canal). The staff were all very helpful and we loved the rooftop bar, the view was amazing and Giorgia was so nice and made great drinks. Rooms were modern, clean and the view of the canal was amazing. We would stay here again, they made our honeymoon so special with extra touches!

This is an excellent hotel with friendly and efficient staff. It is also very conveniently situated just a few steps away from the airport drop off and pick up point of San Angelo boat station. Elegant, but with all mod cons. We cannot recommend it more highly!

Amazing Hotel!!

Honestly the best hotel you could ever wish to stay in. The staff were absolutely amazing, the location on the Grand Canal is faultless. The rooftop bar with views of the Rialto are some of the best in Venice. If you are looking for a hotel to stay in which is close to everything, this is the one. It’s next to a Water Bus stop that takes you direct to the airport. I wish I could give this hotel more than 5 stars as it exceeds all expectations.

The hotel was fantastic. From the moment we arrived the hotel had a fantastic ambience. The door is right on the main canal and the local ferries drop at the stop just a few feet away. The hotel staff and manager greeted us upon our arrival and provided excellent information about the area and restaurants. I would 1000% stay here again.
