Location of the hotel is excellent, less than 5 minutes walk from Venezia Santa Lucia station. It is not along the main street, so it is not so noisy. There is a lift, which makes it convenient if you have big luggages. Breakfast spread is decent. On our first night, there was a power trip in our room but the front desk reacted quickly and offered us another room. My only complaint would be the water heater in the bathroom shower. Sometimes the water doesn’t heat up, making it difficult to shower in winter. But again the front desk was quite to react and offered us the option to bathe in another room.

This property is within walking distance of the train station without the noise or traffic. Made traveling with small children and multiple suitcases easy. The hotel rooms didn't seem as nice as the photos listed. The decor felt cheap and cheesy and the room sterile. The breakfast was a highlight though! Not sure I would stay here again but was a bargain price during the holidays.

Excellent stay and service

This was an excellent stay for a night. Few minutes walking distance from the train station/Grand canal. The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. She seems to really care about creating a comfortable stay for each guest. The complementary breakfast was also really good, with hot dishes, pastries, cereal, fruit, toast, salad, cappuccino etc. the room itself was very clean and modern with a large and comfortable bed.
