Built in wood, this brand-new contemporary villa has been designed with meticulous attention to detail, creating an atmosphere that feels both elegant and welcoming. The interior décor is decidedly contemporary and has been carefully curated to provide an immediate sense of comfort and well-being. Several beautifully appointed terraces extend the living spaces outdoors, beneath the shade of the pine trees.

The villa features a spacious, light-filled living area, fully air-conditioned, opening generously onto the terrace and swimming pool. From the moment you step inside, you are welcomed into a fluid and inviting space: a comfortable lounge area with sofa and wood-burning stove, a large dining table for shared meals, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a central island and breakfast bar. Everything has been designed for gathering together, sharing, cooking, or simply enjoying the passing of time. A separate guest toilet is also located on this level.

On the same floor, the first sleeping area includes two bedrooms, each fitted with a 160 x 200 cm bed, storage space, and air conditioning for restful nights. A separate office completes this area, ideal for working remotely in peace and quiet. A modern bathroom also serves this floor.

On the garden level, two additional bedrooms await, also equipped with 160 x 200 cm beds and storage space. Naturally cool in summer, they are also fitted with fans. A second bathroom and a charming English courtyard complete this level, bringing in pleasant freshness and soft natural light.

Outside, the secure saltwater swimming pool awaits, with direct access from the main terrace. It is not heated in winter, but remains a wonderful place to relax during the warmer months. The outdoor area, both private and lush, invites you to unwind, enjoy al fresco dining, or spend long summer afternoons by the water.

For your comfort, the villa is equipped with a full range of appliances and amenities: television, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, and more. Everything has been thoughtfully arranged so that you feel at home from the moment you arrive.

The entrance to the house is entirely private and allows several vehicles to be parked securely within the property.

Whether you are travelling with family or friends, the villa can accommodate up to 8 guests: either 4 adults and 4 children, or 4 couples. All sleeping arrangements feature 160 x 200 cm double beds, ensuring optimum comfort for everyone.

After booking and full payment, you will receive a secure link to complete your online check-in, including:

signing a commitment document regarding respect for the property;
paying a €600 security deposit (credit card only), held from 2 days before arrival and released approximately 5 business days after departure if no damage is found;
access to optional add-ons such as early check-in, late check-out, transport, private chef, and more, subject to availability.
