The house is located just one hundred meters from the beach which can be reached via a small path. Surrounded by greenery, it is ideal for spending a relaxing holiday. The cozy living room with dining table and kitchenette opens directly onto the garden, as does the first bedroom. The house is equipped with wi fi, flat screen TV and heat pumps for air conditioning or heating. A spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, equipped with washing machine complete the ground floor. On the first floor, the second double bedroom, in Provencal style, overlooking the garden with sea view. The kitchenette is equipped with a modern kitchen with induction hob, electric oven and fridge / freezer. For your summer dinners and lunches you can take advantage of the patio in the garden with barbeque, or relax in the shade of the mimosa and enjoy the tranquility of the place.
The house is located practically on the border with France, about two kilometers from Menton on the blue coast. In the nearby hamlet of Latte, less than a kilometer away, you can find a well-stocked supermarket, a pharmacy, the laundry and the post office as well as a pizzeria and bar. The world-famous Hambury gardens with an incredible variety of local and exotic plants and the prehistoric Balzi Rossi museum are practically one step away. For those who love social life, you can take advantage of Montecarlo with its casinos and its nightlife. On the Italian side you will have an inland full of small villages to visit where you can taste the food and wine specialties of the region.

Lovely Spot Away from it all

We enjoyed our stay at Ventimiglia. The location was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed the little beach that we had easy access to. Our only complaint would be that it was not stocked well and we had to run out and buy toilet paper because there was a small partial roll there.

We Enjoyed our stay at this very comfortable home . After arriving in Riviera Area and seeing staying on the beach would of been crazy and crowded we would be Much more comfortable in Ventimiglia in this off the road but very close to everything was more than perfect for us . Corrador and Maria were great to work with, were very helpful their home was perfect for my husband and I who love peace and quite. I was able to cook a couple of meals. And relax in the evenings, located to easy access to all the places were wanted to visit . We loved it here .

Für 1-2 Nächte eine passable Unterkunft. Liegt leider direkt an den Bahngleisen vor einem Tunnel, sodass die Züge direkt am Haus ihr lautes Signal ertönen lassen. Außerdem liegt das Haus direkt unter der Brücke der Hauptstraße. Alles in allem viel Lärm und eine schlechte Lage. Der Strand der 100m entfernt ist, ist nicht zum baden geeignet. Wir waren enttäuscht, für den Preis gibt es deutlich bessere Alternativen in der Umgebung! Sauberkeit war auch mangelhaft, eher sporadisch durchgesaugt worden. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist schlecht - selbst die Basics wie Salz, Öl, Essig, etc. fehlen. Leider keine gute Erfahrung gemacht.

Court séjour, entre Italie et Menton. Hébergement correspondant au descriptif, accueil chaleureux. Seule petite gêne la proximité de la voie ferrée.

ein kurzer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine Woche das Ferienhaus gebucht und sind nach 3 Tagen ausgezogen, da wir vollkommen andere Vorstellungen davon hatten. Die Wohnung mit Gartenanteil ist Teil eines Mehrfamilienhauses, das genau unter einer Brücke der SS1 liegt und der dazugehörige kleine Gartenanteil 10m neben dem Bahngleis ist. Der Oleandersichtschutz macht es nicht besser, dass die Züge direkt vor dem Haus vorbeifahren und vor dem Tunnel ihr Signalhorn einschalten. Das ist so laut, dass man furchtbar erschrickt. Der Zugang zu einer anderen Einheit im Haus führt auch durch den kleinen Gartenanteil, der durch Bäume und den anderen Bewuchs überwiegend im Schatten liegt und somit nicht im Ansatz eine Privatsphäre gegeben ist. Es gibt zudem nicht eine Sonnenliege im Außenbereich und der sonnige Abschnitt liegt im Nachbargarten, den man nicht benutzen kann. Im Haus war alles sauber und hat funktioniert, aber von einem Urlaub verspricht man sich etwas mehr als Sauberkeit, wenn man ein kleines Ferienhaus mietet. Wir sind der Meinung, dass man das wissen sollte. Wir sind in ein Hotel gezogen und haben den Rest des Urlaubs sehr genossen.

Urlaub mit viel Privatsphäre

Sehr hübsches Häuschen, gut eingerichtet. 2 vollgültige Schlafbereiche. Moderne Küchentechnik. 2 Minuten zu Fuß bis ins Meer. Mit großem Auto bequem zu erreichen und mit eigenem Parkplatz. An Verkehrsgeräusche haben wir uns gewöhnt. Jederzeit wieder.

Danke für ein wunderschönes Wochenende

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber.Man hört natürlich den Zug, die Bahnstrecke verläuft in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es nur 100m bis zum Meer ( ganz kleiner Strand). Supermarkt, Restaurant etc. sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen.
