Only 15 min to Mojacar.
Private garden and huge communal swimming pool(²).
Very close to 3 different golf courses, 1h to Almería airport and 2h to Alicante airport.

Newly renovated semi-detached villa with open modern kitchen. Basement with a second living room, bedroom and bathroom(¹) . Central A/C. Smart TV.

Important notes:
(¹) The basement, where the second living room, the 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom are located is only available on demand and could eventually cost extra. Please ask us.
(²) The communal swimming pool opens only during Easter in the summer season (generally from 1st June to 30th September, please ask us)
Opening hours in June is 11-20h and from July-September 10-21h.

The house consists of:
Ground level:130sqm (155 sq yr) Garden and large terrace with BBQ and outdoor dining area with shade owning. Modern open kitchen to the living-dinning total 70sqm (83 sq yr), big windows, sea views and chimney(³). Flat screen TV. Full kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and induction cooking plate. Toilet, garage and laundry area.
First floor: Main bedroom with queen size bed, sea views, flat tv and private bathroom with shower. On the same level 2 more bedrooms with 5 single beds in total, and a bathroom with bathtub.
Basement (only available on demand at an extra cost): Second living room very well illuminated with 2 large windows, double sofa bed fitting 2 and a single folding bed, flat screen tv, a 4th bedroom with a high window and 2 single beds, and a bathroom with shower and window. Total surface of the basement: 70sqm (83 sq yr) and well ventilated.
Wireless internet in all the house. Different work areas and office chairs available.
2 cots and 2 high chairs for babies (please ask us).
3 bicycles are also included free of charge in the booking (we do not guarantee their full functionality but we will try to maintain them as much as possible). We ask that they are always kept in the garage, and when parked on public roads, always tie them to a fixed post.

The house is located in a residential area belonging to the municipality of Vera. To move around the area a car is not strictly necessary but highly recommended. Since it is a residential area, in general in the non-summer season it is very quiet and uncrowded. The activities in the area are limited compared to other mass tourism beach areas, so guests are looking for peace and quiet and to escape the crowds. However, in the neighbouring villages you will find a relatively active daily and nightlife, where you can enjoy the local gastronomy, sports, cinemas, shows and nightlife. We recommend the villages of Garrucha, Mojacar and Vera.
Due to the climate and the nature of the area, the garden and the house may occasionally encounter insects, occasionally cats and rarely rodents that roam the area. We recommend not to feed the animals. In case of insects inside the house, which may appear mainly on the ground floor, we recommend to use insecticide and other products, and to clean the floor often to avoid pests. Against mosquitoes we recommend not to leave the windows with the light on at night. From time to time a musty smell may appear in the cellar. This is due to various factors such as outside temperature and humidity. To prevent this, we ask you to leave the cellar windows open at all times (unless you wish to close them for sleeping), as well as the cellar door.
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Puerto del Rey Beach. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. The holiday home offers free WiFi and a kitchen.
