Skiing area of the Grand Massif (Samoëns, Flaine, Morillon, Les Carroz) - Swimming places in the surrounding lakes (Lac Bleu, Lac au Dames, Lac de Montriond ) - Sunshine all day long (full southern exposure) - Multiple living spaces (playroom, covered terrace, 4 bathrooms, sauna, 2 kitchens) - Parking for 6 cars.
The chalet also has all the necessary equipment for young children (high chair, bed, bathtub, bath ring and bath chair).
