Wonderful House

We like the Rock Ridge neighborhood with its proximity to the beaches and downtown.Can’t say enough about Sam! Exemplary communication, helpful and pleasant.Cleanliness is the key factor for me whether I would rent a property again and the housekeeper’s attention to detail was greatly appreciated. The only reason why I gave cleanliness 4 stars is that I noticed the floor needed to be washed. Overall, the house was in tip top shape and hope to rent it again.

Perfect property

This property was perfect for us. It is a three bedroom, two bath home. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and we felt very safe there. We were pleasantly surprised when we found beach towels and beach chairs. There’s also an abundance of kitchen supplies, dishes, silverware and pots and pans. Thank you for hosting us.
