The hotel was very friendly and accommodating and located right by the arena. We could walk easily everywhere! The room was so large and comfortable.

Super close and walkable (felt safe at any hour) to all the top visiting spots in Verona, well situated to lots of restaurants and really great food. We were even able to watch the Ireland England 6 nations at the local pub! Staff were super helpful with booking last minute wine tour and tasting and suggestions for things to do. Bus to the rail station was handy for luggage and day trips to nearby Venice. Breakfast was a great spread accommodating to all dietary needs and had a nice hot/cold options. Our room was super cosy and warm and it was also super quiet.

I loved almost everything about about my stay. Staff friendly and helpful facilities were good. My only concern, a small concern, was that once I had used the two complimentary coffees they were not replace so only had coffee in my room for one day. I have no doubt that if I had asked they would be supplied but not done as a matter of course. Would definately stay again.

Five start beautiful boutique hotel

From the moment we arrived the cleanest, decorations and extraordinary smell of the lobby make you get in love with the place. The front desk personnel are extraordinary, the way they welcome you, and take the time to explain everything about the hotel is unbelievable. They took the time to give us recommendations of restaurants, places to see, how to take trips to the lake , or found a great spa for a good massage. The breakfast is delicious, every day we found delicious food, so many dishes to choose or able to try everything. The employees are always taking care the customers, keeping the place implacable and no matter how busy they are, always smiling and making sure you are taking care of.

Wish we would have stayed longer than 1 night at this lovely property! Staff was amazing and even called right away when we left one of our suitcases at the hotel when departing for a very early flight! Convenient to everything and surprisingly quiet at night which is a huge plus for being in a city center.
