The room was perfect! The suite was luxurious, especially the bathroom with its huge shower. Very clean and quiet. Perfect for 3 to 4 people. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom too. The location is perfect for shopping, eating out and visiting the local site.

This was an excellent stay which exceeded beyond our expectations. Staff gave first class service. They also gave great recommendations of visits. I loved my stay at Opera Relais de Charme. The location is perfect and within walking distance to the heart of Verona. My room was clean and exceptionally spacious. The reception was very helpful and accommodating. Bianca, in particular had great suggestions of where to eat and the best ways to get around. (Taxi, bus, etc.) I travel to Verona often for business and this will be my preferred place to stay.

It is excellent hotel. I am really enjoying stay my family trip. I have no complaint. It is located at the center of old town and very close to all point of interest in town. We really had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect and easy to access. It is in the city center. Just 5 minutes walk going to Juliet’s house and 7 minutes by bus going to the train station and 5 minutes by taxi. The property was clean, spacious and well provided with toiletries. The receptionists were accommodating.
