My family of three stayed here for three weeks while my spouse worked with the Opera festival. The suite was a very good amount of space, with a separate bedroom and a pull out couch that was very easy to set up and put away every day for my son. Comfortable bed and updated bathroom. Cleaning staff was Kind and efficient. They provided complementary bottles of water and coffee pods every day. Location is quite central. The kitchenette is well stocked, and cooking simple meals was pretty easy. It is no problem to walk this city from here, though there are quite a lot of tourists in the vicinity. Be aware you must climb a small flight of stairs before accessing the elevator. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Right in the middle of old Verona

An extremely well located hotel, just steps away from the main shopping areas and the Arena. The accommodation was spacious with a sitting room and an attentive reception. No bar or restaurants but all that was steps away! Stay there if you like being in the old town and take in the atmosphere

Staff was great. Rooms were very spacious and well layed out. Location is perfect. The only negative would be lack of a view considering hotel is tucked in between buildings. Nice experience. Recommend larger bath towels;)

Opera Relais de Charme is an amazing and beautiful hotel located in the heart of Verona. The rooms are themed with red and hearts. It’s a beautiful place and the staff are pleasant and professional. I would stay here again.

Excellent central location and really friendly helpful staff. They remembered I asked for a room with a balcony and were able to give me that when we checked in. Really helpful with restaurant recommendations and train ideas. Nice to have the small kitchen facilities
