Ylellinen, upouusi, hiljainen ja valoisa iso huoneisto, 176 metriä. erittäin keskeinen 100 metrin päässä veronan areenalta (1 minuutin kävelymatka): Huoneet ovat huomattavan korkeita ja aurinkoisia, asunto on aivan uusi, mutta ennen kaikkea se vaikuttaa viimeistelyjen ylellisyyteen ja huomiota yksityiskohtiin yksinomaan räätälöityjen huonekalujen, kuten boiserie, epäsuora valaistus, iso vaatehuone, lakattu ja teräs keittiö, jossa pyöreä seinä, 45 m2 terassi, suunnittelija kylpyhuonekalusteet ja poreallas. Perfect Verona location

Our three nights stay was amazing. Wonderful restaurant 600 feet away as you exit the building to the left. Very close to Piazza and the arena and all the wonderful sites. Verona has to offer everything and clean. Do find out about how to reset the hot water that was the only relative issue

Wonderful location, great apartment with terrace.

I loved staying at this apartment. It is located within 2 minutes by walk from the Arena di Verona, and has everything you could ask for - including a large terrace where you can sip an evening cocktail while looking at the sky above.

Great location, size of unit, air conditioning

We had a nice stay and appreciated the location, size of unit and ability to spread out in various rooms. The biggest challenge was it was difficult to figure out the lighting and all the switches. And it was dark in the bedrooms after the sun went down. The back bedroom did not get good Wi-Fi reception.

In the heart of Verona

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and very clean. It is an elevator ride away from the historic city center. Just a few steps and you find endless numbers of restaurants, the awesome arena, a beautiful park, and enough shops to satisfy the most avid shopper. Walk on a little farther and you come to another magnificent plaza. The sites and sounds of this city have a wonderful vibe. We arrived quite late due to train delays, Dali our contact person greeted us warmly and showed us around the apartment. Despite having to wait a very long time, she was cheerful and gracious. She was also very accommodating on our departure day. It was a lovely stay in a beautiful city.

Magnificient apartment

The apartment was excellent , spacious, fully equipped , warm and cosy . The location was excellent almost in the centre, close by there is a supermarket and many restaurants. The parking for the car was great so close and for free.

Spectacular!

We loved the large rooms that felt more like staying at a house than an apartment. The wonderful open air balcony was perfect for sitting out on with your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The kitchen design is professional and all of the custom wood floors, walls and closets are outstanding. Susanne was a great host and always communicated well.

Excellent apartment right in the ❤️ of Verona!!!

What an amazing way to start our trip to Italy! This apartment was WAYYYYY beyond our expectations! It's so much larger than we expected! And the location was perfect!! Spotlessly clean and so we'll appointed and set up with everything you need. The outside balcony was a nice place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. And 2 bathrooms was perfect!! Suzanne, the contact, was very responsive and our check in and out were smooth and easy! We were just sad we weren't there longer, don't hesitate to book this place, it's a gem!

Spacious and striking apartment in central Verona

Well-appointed, stylishly decorated and spacious apartment in a grand old building outside the city gates of Verona made for a very comfortable stay. A very nice plus for the apartment is the private terrace off of the living room.

Huge apartment in perfect location

We spent a wonderful 3 nights here. The 2 of us were traveling through northern Italy by train, so we wanted a unit within walking distance of the train station. This is about a 15 minute walk from the station--perfect. It's just a block or so to the edge of the historic district and a block further to the arena. There are plenty of restaurants and 2 supermarkets nearby. If you want something quick and inexpensive, there's a McDonald's across the street. Susanne had one of her assistants meet us at the unit entrance when we arrived to show us through it and give us the keys. It is a very large unit with many built-in cabinets and closets. A large, wide wallway runs the length, with an eat-in kitchen and a bath at one end, then the living room, master bedroom, 2nd bedroom, and 2nd bath at the other end. Every room is huge. The living room has pillows and throw blankets--great for curling up with a book. The TV gets just 6 Italian channels. Off the living room is a huge deck with a couch. Large plants hide the deck from the rest of the units in the building. It was very pleasant for relaxing. The unit faces a side street and parking lot, which means it's very quiet. The whole unit is very clean. We didn't do any cooking, so we can't comment on how well the kitchen is equipped. There is a Nespresso machine and a few Nespresso pods--a thoughtful and appreciated touch. If you're interested in architecture, the unit' is in an Art Deco building built in the 1930s, with some interesting decor features. After we checked out and were on the train to our next destination, I realized I left some important medications at the unit. I texted Susanne, who sent them to our next destination by overnight mail. That is extraordinary service and gives you a sense of how great your stay here will be. This is an excellent choice for both a holiday and an extended business stay. We recommend this unit very highly.

Best place ever!

I cannot say enough great things about this property. First, we were greeted upon arrival and assisted with parking our car in a garage. Then shown around the flat that was far bigger than the pictures can properly show. We had two of us staying there and had so much space. The bathrooms and showers are all immaculate and the beds are very comfortable. The windows have power-shades making it as dark as you need for any sleep adjustments needing to be made. Susanne was in communication with us throughout the stay and at our checkout we were assisted with finding a wonderful place to stop and eat on the way back to Venice. We were given a ride back to our car and really the service was top notch making sure that we got out of the city okay! The location is 5 minutes from the Arena and there is access to so many things right in the area. Coffee, food, shopping, entertainment all in the immediate area. Absolutely wonderful experience!

The perfect place

It's one half block from the major attraction which is bust but the old town wall blocks the noise. The apartment is new and cooking equipment just like home. From the apartment it's a 15 minute walk all the way to the other side of town and all piazza's and monuments. Loced it.

Perfect Verona Apartment

The apartment is perfectly located to the Arena and excellent dining opportunities. Local grocery store is very close to apartment. American coffee is across the street. The apartment is well furnished, plenty of closet space, quiet and secure. Plenty of room to enjoy quiet downtime! Susanne made early arrival available and met us . Gave us good insight and suggestions for the local area. We had a truly unforgettable experience in Verona due to the great hospitality!

Lovely apartment

This is a really lovely apartment. The location is ideal for a visit to Verona - very central but very quiet. We were party of two couples staying for 3 nights and this apartment was ideal for us - spacious and extremely comfortable. Susanne was very helpful and we really appreciated the early check-in. Lovely apartment in a fabulous, central location

The apartment has everything you need - great kitchen, lovely bathrooms, plenty of space, and it's quiet and safe. Perfect central location only a couple of minutes' walk from the Arena in Verona. The only thing I'd like to be added to the apartment is some tourist info, perhaps a map of the town, plus instructions for using the apartment - where rubbish should go, etc. Susanne was really helpful and a perfect host, answering all my queries. Thank you very much!
