The person for check in was exceptional! She walked us to our room, gave us dining recommendation and was very helpful in getting us information on local sites. The room is clean and spacious and everything is easily walkable. Overall great place!

This is a lovely, comfortable apartment. It is on the ground floor which made it easily accessible. However, there are no windows except in the bedroom and they are high up, so no natural light in the living room dining area. The location was great for me as I enjoy walking and exploring. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The apartment was beautiful and clean. Loved that they kept a lot of the original features but was also very modern. Very comfortable bed, plenty of room for 3 guests. Would definitely stay again.

A very clean room in a great location! The building was charming and our room had a little balcony which was a delight to sit on with a glass of vino. I would recommend staying here, and would return again!

A truly wonderful place to stay in Verano. Walking distance to everything, 25 minute walk to the train station, and just a few blocks to the Arena, river walk, and old city. The apartment is well equipped and spacious.

Great location friendly staff

Very clean and neat. The round bed is makes getting in out by the wall difficult. Also would have been nice if receptionist had told how the key card works the lights. Felt kind of the fool when we had to ask how to turn on the lights.

The place was spotless and well appointed. The check in process was unclear to us but may have been user error. You check in up the street at a different facility and we were unaware of this. Luckily the restaurant owner below the place directed us to where you check in.

We secured the lodging for 4 guests. It was only one small room separated by a 3/4 height wall. We were told it was a B&B, which I equate with Bed and Breakfast, but were told the breakfast was 12 Euros each. No amenities other than a bed, sofa bed, small fridge and bath. It was clean with a coffee maker and free bottled water and juice

Although there is no front desk, a very convenient location with many stores close by and the hotel provides almost everything you would need for amenities, breakfast, coffee and tea along with juices and bottled water in the fridge.
