Herbsturlaub in Sagone

Wir haben uns in Ihrem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat uns in Sagone sehr gut gefallen. Ein grosser Vorteil ist die Nähe zum Strand - 10 Minuten Fussweg. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, besonders wenn man selber kochen will. Einzig eine Halterung für die Duschebrause und ev. ein Vorhang fehlen im Badezimmer. Wir waren zwei Wochen Anfang Oktober in den Ferien und wir konnten noch täglich baden (Meer ca. 20-21 Grad warm).

Très belle maison très spacieuse

Belle maison, de beaux volumes, agréable pour 8. Sa situation permet de rayonner entre mer et montagne . Des calanques de piana, au col du vergio avec de superbes balades,la forêt d aitone avec ses vasques et ses cochons, la très belle plage d arone; le séjour a été au top. Merci à Stephane mattei le propriétaire , très sympathique.

Séjour en familles

Maison bien située et très bien agencée pour 2 familles (2 chambres au rdc et 2 chambres à l’etage). À proximité de la plage (10 min à pied) et de tous commerces. Le propriétaire est disponible si besoin et à l’écoute pour des conseils. Nombreuses plages et activités nautiques ou terrestres à proximité. Super séjour à Sagone.

tolles Objekt, tolle Lage, etwas zähe Kommunikation

wir waren mit 6 Personen aller Altersklassen angereist. Das Haus hat aller Erwartungen erfüllt. Nebenan wurde gebaut (das Haus liegt an einem Hang in einem Neubaugebiet etwas außerhalb des Dorfes), das hat aber nicht sonderlich gestört. Ein paar Hunde waren auch immer mal wieder am kommunizieren, aber wen das stört, der soll zu Hause bleiben oder in die Wüste gehen... Ansonsten war alles sauber, hat gut funktioniert (gesamte Technik incl. WLAN und Klimaanlage), die Ausstattung war ausreichend. Nicht so supertoll war die Kommunikation im Vorfeld der Reiese, ich habe erst auf mehrfache Nachfrage eine Antwort vom Vermieter erhalten, wie das mit der Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert. Hat dann schon gut geklappt, war nur eine unnötige Spannung. Da hat dann das "Kommunikationproblem" am Ende des Urlaubs in's Bild gepasst, dass wir noch mal was für die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche (war Inklusiv-Leistung in der Beschreibung des Hauses ) und die Endreinigung (hatten wir schon vorab bezahlt) hätten bezahlen sollen. Konnten wir dann aufklären. Also: insgesamt: tolles Objekt mit (unnötigen) Schönheitsfehlern!

Le séjour était vraiment au top! Nous avons apprécié le site, tranquille, légèrement à l'écart de l'agitation mais à proximité des commerces. La maison est magnifique. l'espace est énorme et nous étions 9! la clim était la bienvenue et nous avons particulièrement aimé la fonctionnalité de la maison: il y a tout! la terrasse est très agréable et le voisinage avec la maison mitoyenne ne pose aucun problème. Belle maison spacieuse et bien équipée

A 45 mn de l’aeroport d’Ajaccio, a 45 mn des calanques de Piana. Il y a plusieurs criques vraiment sympa à 5 mn de voiture. Porto, plage d’Arone, Cargèse, îles sanguinaires, cascades. Sur Sagone il y a 3 supermarché, des stations services, des restos,... Bref de quoi faire ! La maison est agréable à vivre. Nous avons eu un petit souci de plomberie mais le propriétaire très à l’écoute est intervenu très rapidement.

Schönes Feriendomizil

Pluspunkte Schöne Lage am Hang, 3 Autominuten von Geschäften, Restaurants und Strand. Moderne Wohnung mit guter Raumaufteilung (2 Schlafzimmer plus Bad oben, 2 unten) Großzügiges Wohnzimmer, Küche gut ausgestattet, Grill auf der Terrasse. Vermieterkontakt durchweg positiv und hilfsbereit. Minuspunkte Ausblick in den Golf von Sagone nur wenn man im Garten steht und vom OG, nicht von der Terrasse. Sofa etwas abgewohnt. Baustelle direkt nebenan, die durchaus Lärm verursachte, ebenso wie Nachbarn, die Sonntags spätnachmittags ausgiebig mit dem Freischneider arbeiteten. Hunde laufen in der Nachbarschaft frei herum, Tor besser schließen! Hinweis: Es handelt sich um ein Doppelhaus mit 2 Hälften von je 140 m², die nicht ganz indentisch sind. Jede bietet ca. 8 Personen Platz. Wir waren 2 Familien mit insgesamt 4 kleinen Kindern - der Platz reichte gut.

Fantastisch.

De woning is heel ruim en heeft veel licht. Indeling is uitstekend voor het verblijf met acht personen. Fijn tuintje om in te zonnen en te BBQ-en. Keuken is goed. Slaapkamers en badkamers zijn prima. Een tip: handig om te zorgen dat de douchekop opgehangen kan worden tijdens het douchen. Nu moet je hem zelf vasthouden.

Adresse à recommander absolument / Sehr schönes Haus, absolut empfehlenswert

Situation géographique idéale. Très belle maison jumelée avec une autre, situé à 1 km de la plage et des commerces. Très bien équipée, confortable et moderne. Le propriétaire M. Mattei est très gentil et serviable. /Ideale geografische Lage. Sehr schönes Reihenhaus, Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Spar und SuperU in der Nähe. Gut ausgestattetes Haus, komfortabel und modern. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir, Familie mit 3 Kindern haben die Ferien sehr genossen und können diese Adresse nur empfehlen.
