On the ground floor: a spacious entrance hall leading to a laundry room and a separate toilet with a sink. You'll also find a dining/living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large, bright living room with a dining area and a sitting area. A family bedroom (one queen-size bed and two bunk beds) completes this level, with direct access to a shower room/toilet.

Upstairs: a large landing converted into an office and relaxation area leads to two bedrooms, each equipped with a 160 cm bed and with private access to a shower room or bathroom.

Outdoors: two private terraces, one of which is covered, as well as a covered balcony adjoining one of the bedrooms, invite you to fully enjoy the lush surroundings. Parking is available on the property.
