Our stay was good. My kids like the room with the kitchen. My only concern is the Valet parking, it should be in the building for easy access to the car whenever we need to get some items inside the vehicle. Our vehicle's roof was covered with bird poop for our 2 nights of stay in the hotel. But everything was good , it's just the valet parking.

Very good location, close to everywhere in downtown. Coffee machine in the lobby is very convenient and has good coffee. Elevator is very slow, though. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Beautifully renovated with little extras, like an espresso machine for guests open till late by the elevator that serves everything from espresso to French vanilla to mochachinos. There is also a laundry room for guests, which has vending machines, ice machines, an available bathroom, and a microwave for guest use, which came in handy. Everything about this day was fantastic, I wish I could’ve stayed longer.

Very nice

This is such a nice hotel. Staff is so pleasant, sent texts to check on us. We had the 2 queen beds with sofa and kitchen suite and it is much bigger than the equivalent at other hotels. Car valet always had our car ready for us as requested. The location is walkable to the waterfront, shopping, and restaurants. We were so happy with our choice.
