I loved the location and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was grateful for the valet parking as the hotel is not in a safe area at this time. The hotel did not email me a copy of the invoice as they said they would. Overall it's a convenient place to stay

The room was clean and adequate. The bathroom was nice ( the shower needed fixing) but towels and supplies and blow dryer were wonderful. The valet parking was very nice. The coffee machine was an absolute bonus. We wish it was open in the morning during the week but were pleasantly surprised it was open for an hour Saturday morning as we left. The hotel was lovely plus they saved us when our first hotel had a glitch . Thank you for hosting us.

Very accessible to inner harbour. Room is comfy and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The only thing I would say is there a quite a number of homeless people around the area, so maybe cautious if you are a female solo traveller.

Nice clean, family friendly rooms. The staff and service was the best part of our stay. They were friendly, checked in with us everyday if we needed a cleaning or anything for our room and were very accommodating when we had to make a change to our check out date.
