Our villa was very spacious and comfortable. The location was great for the reason we were there. Inconvienient if you are spending time in downtown Victoria or want a variety of dining options. We loved Claire and the water ride to Butchart Gardens. Shay was helpful and friendly at check-in. Service at dinner Friday night was the only "7" out of our 6 dining experiences at the resort....the rest were "10's".
